Boku No Hero Academia

Am I the only one that is annoyed by this arc.
The heroes are constantly training compared to the villians who mostly flaunt their power.
But the league of villians just now got some huge freaking power ups beyond their original abilities.
Aside from deku no one else among the heroes despite their constant training had such leaps in their abilities and deku's unlike the others can be explained with the origin of OfA.

This arc literally shows some of the conditions on how and why quirks gotten stronger.

Look at anytime a timeskip happens(whether it be Dragonball, Naruto, Bleach, Onepiece etc.), they train for several years, barely any improvement. Then they have to fight a strong villain and suddenly get a powerup in just like 5 minutes.

Sure he overcame his trauma, but his duplicates are supposed to be weaker than him and aside from his duplication ability he is physicaly a normal human.
So all his duplicates are weaker than a normal human, but somehow they are fending easily against an army of superhumans.

This. Also Twice can create an unlimited amount of clones, so he's able to just create a tidal wave of death. Water isn't particularly strong either until it comes in a tsunami.

The LoV just went through a month and half near continuous fighting with Giga. That probably equals, and more likely tops, what the students and most heroes get at their best. In addition, the League is in a life and death struggle. AND, aside from Shiggy's Decay Wave, there really haven't been any power-ups. Toga showed she could do what a lot of people suspected she could, use the quirks of the people she copies if she knows how. And Twice overcame his mental block / inhibition and began duplicating himself wildly. Giran's assessment was that Twice had enormous power, he just wasn't using it. Giran was right.

I think the only major powerup anyone has gotten in One Piece since the timeskip is Sanji's Stealth Black armor?

His duplicates have less stamina and can't take major hits, like breaking arms or legs. In terms of offensive capacity, they're all on the same level as Twice himself, who seems to be a pretty competent fighter.

So far it looks like ReDestro can only 'superpower' one of his arms at a time. That's still extremely impressive, but it leaves the rest of him vulnerable. If all your enemies are bunched up, you can sweep them all away with one hit, but if they're scattered and coming at you from all directions it presents a problem. No wonder he made sure Twice wouldn't keep duplicating wildly. That's one of the attacks he can't handle.
