The second-in-line for the throne of the Kingdom of Saillune, behind only her father, Prince Philionel El Di Saillune, she left home at a young age after witnessing her mother's grisly assassination and killing her murderer. Her outfit was her mother's, in fact, that she found in the back of her closet. Naga considers herself Lina's foremost rival, and rightly so. According to the Word of God, she has the potential to be even stronger than Lina, but because Lina knows Chaos magic, she's just one step behind. Naga is a voluptuous, aloof, narcissistic, and alcoholic woman with a love of treasure that can only be matched by Lina's own materialism.

All I see is that the BD look worse than the DVD. They could've simply refrained from upscaling and release as SD-BDs, which would provide at least a little bit of improvement over the DVDs. I didn't want to have to use interviews (because you're going to make me find them to source me and I really don't want to do that right now), but Gourry generally acts the fool on purpose. His family line passed down the Sword of Light through generations, but not without conflict. He has at least one brother, whom has been equated to either Raoh or Jagi from Hokuto no Ken in relationship to Gourry as a Kenshiro, and his family routinely had fights over who would get ownership of the weapon. Gourry stole it and ran away from home, specifically so his family would stop fighting each other even if it meant hating him. He then got work as a mercenary, fought in a war, and accomplished all of this before he turned 20.
Gourry isn't an idiot by any means, he's just considered super-stupid thanks to the anime requiring him to fill the role of the uninformed audience.

Technically the body we see of Xellos isn't his actual body, but a physical projection from the Astral Plane. In other words, Xellos' appearance is permanent. He can't remove clothes or get a hair cut, for example, because while he's tangible, it's not real. He can will himself to change his appearance, and arguably even his gender, but looks aren't his priority beyond his eyes allowing him to have quite a sinister appearance.
