I have to disagree with this, the reader rarely learns things faster than the characters, all the big reveals (such as the wall eyes fusion or Josefumi) were shown around the same time for both chars and the reader. The head doctor is also soon to be shown, and we still have a while before knowing Norisuke's fate.

I think it's actually the opposite, Jotakira's KQ is heavily different from David Bowie Kira's, it can't use bomb n°1 and can only shit out SHAs, which damage structures but doesn't seem to hurt people. He hid a bunch of them in Karera and made them explode but Karera herself, Josefumi and all the rocknogs were completely fine after that huge explosion.
