I somehow missed the last chapter. Man the serious turn this made all of a sudden was kind of jarring.

The magazine it was being published in went under so the series was in a way axed, The mangaka decided to have the series go out with a bang. It's a pretty damn cool bang in my opinion.
From what I saw of the raws for the final chapter it ends on a happy note so that's good.
Also couldn't find the raws for the omake but there's a weird plot twist with it about Gorilla Senpai that another user spoilered.

mag died, so had to cram all the crazy built up for the series into two chapters

The magazine it was published in went under so the series was axed in a way. Rather than ending it with a bullshit ending like you see in a lot of series that get axed the author decided to give it a really fucking cool ending.

I feel that the ending is going to be that the group will live their normal lives while they keep trying to find torako.

They will separate ways to find her and the long black haired girl will suddenly turn and see torako standing there.

Torako will try to talk to her but she gets rushed and hugged, etc. The end.

Eh, I took a look at the raws on LHScans before they disappeared a while back. From the looks of it and from the little I could make out from Google translate it's more like

> Torako's about to transfer to another school because she's afraid of hurting her friends and being considered a monster
> Tadano challenges her to a fight and all the tits get exposed, bloodies Torako's nose, and basically says it proves Torako can't break her or some shit like that so she should stay
> And they all live happily ever after
Take that with a grain of salt though. I don't speak nip and Google only gave me a really rough translation
