When i read the spoiler i thought that Hina crying at Miyabi and Natsuo was going to make things more dramatic and emotional for the story to play on. Natsuo dating another woman would give more room for the story to continue since its clear that Natsuo marries a sister so dating Miyabi would give a few extra chapters until then. It would also add onto the 'drama' by showing Hina being sad again and even moving out and avoiding Natsuo after his camp until Rui comes back to Japan.
instead, the 'Hina crying' comes of as too comical to take the thought seriously and now Miyabi is moving forward.

I think its cause Miyabi has served her purpose in breaking Rui and Natsuo up. And if the flash forward is anything to go by, she's not Natsuos wife.
It may also be because Miyabi is not as popular as before. the comments from the korean site say many don't see the point since its obvious the thing is doomed , others don't like her because of her role in Natsuo and Rui breaking up and the rest just want NatsuoxHina to stop being postponed.
