There's a bunch of fucking unanswered shit after her route. Considering she might of been the one person to connect the "other universe" to the main story. Does she ever go to the American University? Does Tomoya fucking die and Kotomi goes back in her depressive state and ends up finding out how to enter other universes and she goes with the mission of finding tomoya's spirit because "I will always be with you even if I'm not here."
That would actually be a pretty cool after with the government and corp going after her discovery and all.
