Really, I am not that far into the manga, that midriff and those hips are some mad game on top of what she already had. She's getting more powerful, how do we stop her?

Furi is just a regular girl strengthwise as she has not displayed any above average strength in the manga (yet), Hitomi made that delinquent back off with just her grip strength and threw Senpai into the school like it's nothing. So very likely her. The question would obviously be: What would motivate either to fight? If it's a good reason it could make Furi fight on a level above average even though she hasn't been shown to be capable of that on the same note a good reason might make Hitomi fight in an inhuman way. Overall I'd say this is more in Hitomi's favor.

Now a more interesting debate could be had if someone went through the entire Nagatoro manga and recorded her skills from Noodletaro to the bullying. And then perhaps matchup that to Hitomi's and others' strength related feats to conclude who would beat whos fucking ass.
