Part 4 is fun though, getting to know the town of Morioh and the strange stuff happening in it was fun and refreshing after 3's giant adventure with only Dio as its objective.
I liked when all the Stand users we get know weekly eventually come together to talk about Kira and the town, as small as those moments were.
