We had an arcade scene down here that, although not as big as it was in Japan or the States, was pretty big in and out of itself. I remember playing most of the games featured in this series and it was great watching an anime on them.
Also it's got an ED by Estuko Yakushimaru so you have to watch it.
Do you think they'll change the ending for the anime?
