There's probably some finer tuned power level differences within but not as exponential as the generational differences.
Who knows where the seraphs fall in. Likely somewhere between 1st and 2nd generation of vampires or at the very least the 1st had a way to stop a seraph from attacking. And then there's the god as well but who the fuck even knows about that. There was some references to Babel and Icarus in the LN as well.

A vampire without heart/blood will turn into a demon so if you consider that "dying" then I guess. But beyond that or cursed untreated wounds they don't seem to really care. Hell, even half demon humans can reattach limbs and and regenerate organs at a rapid pace.

Well for one thing, the most recent chapter indicates that they may not all have been produced from Siga Madu's blood. Apparently he also used the blood of Trumpet-possessed humans to create vampires. Regardless though, we know for a fact that a difference of even 1-2 progenitor levels is enough for one party to smash the other in an instant.

Classic mangaka who teases a M/M ship but lacks the balls to see it through, instead replacing it with the MC getting into a relationship with a girl in the final volume/episode (with whom he probably has little to no chemistry anyway)
