the time stop gets deleted in 0 seconds out of the prediction, but Dio can spam it like every 20 seconds or something. And it depends on if Diavolo is constantly looking in the future babysitting that time stop.
The time power of Dio actually makes damage, and we don't know how they compare in strenght, so it's probably 50/50 but Dio has the edge because he can actually hurt Diavolo instantaneously if he doesn't pay attention to the future

DIO would win, this isn't a question. DIO has more stamina and can use his Stand more often and for longer. DIO can't die by normal means (like donut). DIO has additional vampire abilities as well as a stand with higher parameters.
Diavolo's Epitaph gets outplayed several times by Bruno, Giorno, and Polnareff.

Depends on how soon Diavolo erases time. If he erases time, but Dio time stops immediately after, then there's not much Diavolo can do to stop whatever it is Dio had planned. It also depends on Dio's attack. Knives will go straight through Diavolo, but if Dio did the steam roller there's not much Diavolo could do about it.

KC easily takes this since he would predict in advance when Dio was going to do any action, then erase the time.
It doesnt matter what Dio does during his Time Freeze, as long as Diavolo activated his Epitaph before hand. It doesnt even matter if Diavolo even knows that Dio has time stop, because regardless, anything that happens to Diavolo during Epitaphs prediction is meaningless.
The only hope Dio has is to somehow get the surprise drop on Diavolo with Diavolo not having Epitaph up. But then again, if we even allow that as a possibility, then literally anybody in the series could kill Diavolo.
Hell, surprise attacks would kill most of the people in Jojo, so dont even know why anybody would bring those up to begin with.

King Crimson can erase the stopped time, since The World isn't truly stopped, but rather only appears as if stopped. In truly stopped time there wouldn't be any light, due to its movements being stopped.
