The most coherent explanation of the third universe is that Pucci dying before the second reset erased him from the third universe, just as the people he killed in the first universe were erased from the second. Since he didn't exist in the third universe, Jolyne and the others' fates were altered somewhat. If this is correct then parts 1 and 2 in the third universe played out exactly the same as they did in the originals, and parts 3 through 5 may well have turned out very similarly.

Pucci believed that this would eliminate the suffering that comes from uncertainty and make humanity happier. It was working up until his death because, for whatever reason, him dying before the original moment of acceleration messed it up.

I don't see how this makes any sense. Pucci is kill, the reset happens but people can't remember shit. It should reasonably be either both or none.

Besides, the second Risotto activated his stand it would be akin to him spiking up his powerlevel and Goku would sense it right away, especially if he started feeling funny. The instant he gets his sights on Risotto the battle is over, and it wouldn't be a 1HKO because hax in DBZ is affected by the powerlevel of the one attacking and being attacked.

1)Dio's 10 seconds time stop had more utility than metallica and it was said that he could develop this power further. With 60 seconds he would be literally invincible.

3)Red Hot Chilli Pepper in some big town with a lot of electricity
4)Crazy Diamond and 5)Gold Experience maybe don't counter Metallica but are far more useful

The user can slow down time and fate for several seconds. The user is slowed down too, but his reflexes and thinking remains at a normal rate, so he can dodge even the fastest punches because he has time to prepare. To any other person it just looks like he has extremely good reflexes.
