i'm sure only Made In Heaven can have a decent fight vs Diavolo, and that's because that shit is broken.

Pucci won't even need Made In Heaven. White Snake will just take Bosses stand away from him.

>White Snake will just take Bosses stand away from him.
I'd actually love to see Diavolo trying to cope without King Crimson. He's sloppy as fuck and relies on it utterly to keep himself secret.

Is Diavolo an art hoe?

Looks like he got by fine before he got KC

Giorno

First Pucci needs to come close, and you know, Diavolo has Epitaph.

Jotaro

El Hermano

Diavolo can't do shit about merging with himself and exploding into little cube pieces.

Attached: 1550693721448.jpg (1280x720, 208K)

Yellow Temperence

Sheer Heart Attack by Kira. It won't tire out, Diavolo isn't as smart as Jotaro or Koichi, and it'll blow him up, time skip or no time skip.

That would explain the youtube celebrity partial addiction, besides basic human frailty.
>>cucking Hank McCoy in a completely straightforward delivery on camera.

Why was last chapter so fucking good?

the jews

Because you never got that Darkstalkers 3d game sequel.

He know what's going to happen.

D4C can beat KC

how?

>Diavolo isn't as smart as Jotaro or Koichi
That's silly. Diavolo would figure out the stand pretty quickly.

Notorious BIG

>Diavolo isn't as smart as Jotaro or Koichi
>Runs the biggest criminal organization in Italy
>Figured out Bruno and Gang found something out just by seeing they weren't despairing
>Killed Abacchio without anyone knowing
Maybe Jotaro but KOICHI!?

Are we talking first D4C, nerfed D4C or D4C Love Train? I actually don’t think Diavolo can beat nerfed D4C let alone Love Train
>first D4C
>Epitaph don’t know what the fuck is actually going on because “allowing multiple universes to exist in the same location” is as confusing as it get

Shipping has that effect on fragile youngsters sir.

Attached: hqdefault.jpg (480x360, 18K)

I'm sure if he can actually understand his own ability he can understand D4C, but i don't know if he can do something about it.

Attached: 6.jpg (300x400, 19K)

He can try to erase what happens but his other self will still be there, even if he kills him the body will still try to merge with him like we saw with Alt Diego.

>One joke man
nO

Unironically Highway Star

Nah.

Kars would be a good fight. Getting a hole punched through his chest wouldnt kill him, but seeing him trying to figure out stands with his 300 IQ would be pretty cool

Attached: Thre_Pillars_of_the_Temple_Freemason.jpg (301x448, 29K)

Automatic stand would fuck Diavolo pretty bad

sheer heart attack, highway star etc

black sabbath is a pretty OP auto sutando too

the problem with black sabbath/SHA is that it can be baited. Highway star will fuck Diavolo up with no regard

Epitath really is the most bullshit ability you can everthink off, if it is actived you can see ten second into the futur, how the fuck can you beat this?

See

Another thing I forgot to mention is that not even time based powers can do shit, Alt Diego froze time but the original Diego head still kept closing in on him.

But Diavolo has to activate it everytime he wants to see into the future. He can easily be beat if someone sneaks up on him.

Boingo

Risotto almost beat him. Diavolo was the one that needed an asspull.

Jailhouse Rock
Grateful Dead
White Snake if he launches a sneak attack
Killer Queen with Stray Cat
The World (12 second max)

Kumagawa

with a stand ability where precognition doesn't matter, you're fucked either way

He almost beat epitaph alone. I think King Crimson fully powered would've had an easier time.

dio and jotaro
>timestop

If Diavolo went up against the 20m emerald splash, and used King Crimson, the barrier would still go off right? Would Kakyoin be able to detect his movements or what?

Attached: yes7.jpg (607x600, 134K)

this is an obvious one, but the most bullshit OP stand in JoJo would beat Diavolo easily

Attached: illuso.png (747x419, 142K)

KC can't interact with things while in time skip mode

so he couldn't break the barrier. he'd be able to erase the time that the splash hits him though.

>jobtaro
>4 sec time stop

Whitesnake illusions. Pucci can find a way.

But the barrier is still there right? So if he brushed past it accidentally, would Kakyoin would know he was at that position post-erasure?

bullshit how can he blind wheels if he cannot interact?

not him but my headcanon is the blood was stopped like 1mm from polnareff's eyes

could KC skip the virus infection?

ok sure but what about trish hand?

we dont talk about trish hand

dont forget
>he also found Chariot Requiem's weakness

I think so. He could use the erased time to move away from the infection zone. He's not skipping the infection just moving away from it.

Fugo

Well, of course.

Is emerald splash the most pathetic move in JoJo?

Attached: emerald piss.gif (437x245, 1.91M)

Dio or Jotaro! oh, wait i'm not retarded like the rest of Yea Forums

Attached: Jotaro.gif (322x324, 91K)

It's like the Avatar of Khaine.
It's theoretically powerful, and it's very first use shows it, and then afterwards it's a sign it's user is going to get jobbed.

The splash busted a hole in SP's chest and then it did nothing when it hit his arms.

Often when people debate Dio vs Diavolo I see the claim that Diavolo has a greater recharge on his power, but I dont see how that's the case. DIO peaked at 9 seconds which is similar to Diavolo's max of "a dozen-odd." Additionally we see Diavolo skip time nearly back to back both in Mystery of King Crimson and here vs Polnareff

Anyone nuclear power.

for example...

Any character that's harder than diamond or steel or whatever Star Platinum's limits were. Stands are not really that strong in the big scheme of anime things and Diavolo can't see what'll happen after he ends his timeskip.

For example against Goku, King Crimson wouldn't even tickle. Diavolo would put himself right behind Goko, try to punch him and... do nothing, then Goku turns around and punches his head off.
Many other characters with inhuman durability would do the same like Luffy, Naruto and Ichigo. Just punching them with rock-shattering strenght won't kill them.

Giorno with Gold Experience Requiem.

Attached: List of states with nuclear weapons.png (1399x484, 134K)

He can only see the result, not the steps it took to get there. For example, if he fought the world. All he'd see is a hole in his chest. He can move behind Dio if he wants, but the moment the world is activated, Diavolo is gonna die.

jotaro

>Diavolo isn't as smart as Jotaro or Koichi
Diavolo is a second rater who would lose to Risotto without his memestand. He's not that clever

And this makes me love Jojo all the more. We have stupidly gimmicky and seemingly unbeatable abilities but somehow, sheer strenght Stands are still at the top with Star Platinum, The World and King Crimson. They mess with time but it's just a means to get closer to you and punch you a hole.
No matter how OP the Stand ability, pure STR still works in Jojo because the user is a squishy human or animal, it really offers some variety.

he won because he outsmarted jobotto

>would need more than 2
lolol

Damn, i really hate Israel, but i specially hate USA!

I mean, most people would, that's what makes Risotto such a "tragic" character. It's a binary thing, Risotto simply chooses to turn your blood into razors and you're fucked in 1 second flat unless you asspull something like skipping time.
Maybe Giorno would be able to do something if Risotto didn't go for an instant kill (we know he can do this, he'd have won if he chose to use the scissors on his head earlier)

>he won because he outsmarted jobotto
not really, the result would have been they killed each other
(which is still retarded because he had literally no oxygen in his veins, he should have been immobile, and it also required Bucciarati being a retard and ordering the kill without knowing who the stand user was)

Tusk Act 4, while it doesn't directly counter KC's ability, the shot tracks down and hits it's target on the ground even if he erased the shot hitting him and it hitting behind him, and it could get him out of Epitaph's range like Bruno did with the one zipper punch except infinitely spinning him.

Attached: x3 (2).jpg (760x1200, 678K)

good point

non nuclear weakling detected

Clever enough to trick an assassin with an 100% kill rate.

Valentine would whoop his ass. As would Johnny and Tusk... Gyro could put up a good fight probably.

If they know who he is? Anyone with a gun, catch him by surprise at long range he's dead. His main advantage is his concealed identity

How come poorfag Pakistan has so many nuclear weapons?

>Clever enough to trick an assassin
He could be clever enough to advance quantum theory if Araki wants. That scene was done by making Risotto temporarily stupid imo. Same with Diavolo learning they knew something about him. They were determined to go anyway.

>if it is actived you can see ten second into the futur, how the fuck can you beat this?
Just hit him before he can activate it. One way to deal with anyone who has a broken ability that has to be switched on first is to speed blitz them before they have a chance.

Attached: S33.jpg (891x1280, 593K)

sauce?

I don't think 100% kill rate matters when you mostly target standless people. But yeah, Riz died because he got chumped.

And why nOt user ?

gappy

Boku no Pico

does anyone have the webm of the diavolo reveal with in the court of the crimson king playing over it?

Can someone explain to me specifically what the "asspull" in the fight with Risotto was? To me, it never felt unorganic that Diavolo won. Especially since Riz had only ever been mentioned up until that point... the fight was still highly entertaining. I think people maybe get upset that someone came so close to finishing off the main villain who was completely outside the crew we were familiar with. Makes them seem more based. Diego v Valentine was better in this regard though...

>Can someone explain to me specifically what the "asspull" in the fight with Risotto was?
First of all, he had to artificially lower Risotto and Bucciarrati's intelligence. Risotto would notice the plance and Bucciarati wouldn't let Narancia fire after perceiving that two users had been fighting each other.

Second, Diavolo had not oxygen in his blood, it's bullshit he could get up and move, let alone use his stand.

>Risotto would notice the plance
He did a few times but he was thinking like you I imagine, thinking that Narancia would have no reason to shoot him even if he was on the radar since they couldn't see him directly and wouldn't just shoot every dot on the radar.

>Bucciarati wouldn't let Narancia fire after perceiving that two users had been fighting each other.
They only "saw" one blip in the area they were looking and that was where scalpels came from that were heading right for Abbacchio, which Bruno caught. You think it's smart to say "I know that blip tried to kill us and could throw more scalpels at us but we should just let him do it until we can figure out who he is"? Especially when they're on guard about people attacking them when they're at the house that has some significance to the boss.

The oxygen deprivation stuff isn't any stupider than any of the other hundreds of times where characters lived through mortal wounds.

Jotaro if he uses star finger

You cannot, whatever the author decides happens in the next 10 seconds, happens. You can only write in a retarded deus ex machina solution for that bullshit. And on top of that the whole ''Diavolo is the only one who can manipulate his own fate but rest carry on as they should'' doesn't work since what he does still alters the '''''fate''''' of his opponents. In the end it's all just self-fulfilling ''fate'' nonsense, aka whatever the fuck the author wants to happen at any given time, and then some fuckers will come and tell you it's all a part of ''muh themes'' to try and justify crap writing.

>They only "saw" one blip in the area they were looking and that was where scalpels came from that were heading right for Abbacchio
But that's bullshit in itself, Bucciarati has already deduced way tougher things than that. Someone so incompetent he gives away his position while hurting no one?And the massive coincidence that it went right for Abbachio is ridiculous. I guess what you say makes sense, but it's still awkwardly done.

>The oxygen deprivation stuff isn't any stupider than any of the other hundreds
yeah it is, it's like stabbing a character in the brain. even this universe has its boundaries imo

Ultimate being Kars

Attached: Ultimate being Kars.jpg (1024x573, 63K)

Several stands could easily body King Crimson, most notably White Album and Notorious B.I.G.

>Someone so incompetent he gives away his position while hurting no one?
He (the blip they saw) did try and hurt someone (by throwing the scalpels at Abbacchio).

>And the massive coincidence that it went right for Abbachio is ridiculous
It's obvious that Abbacchio should be the target of any attack since he's the only one that could find out anything about the boss. Bruno doesn't know how many more people they would have got sent after them. With them so close it makes sense that the boss might tell them to target Abbacchio first since that gets rid of the threat.

Considering the boss is the one that threw the scalpels, from his perspective, even if his plan didn't work he could possibly take out Abbacchio.

>He (the blip they saw) did try and hurt someone (
Yes, but Bucciarati would have investigated further imo. Someone has a stand and he throws something at them (and the coincidentally head for Abbachio)
>It's obvious that Abbacchio should be the target of any attack s
That's the point, what a magical coincidence. Could he really see Abbachio from there?

Idk, maybe I'm just mad that a competent character loses to a clown with some stupid that works exactly how the author needs it to for his chosen plot

Man in the mirror relies on suprise attacks which is easily countered by Epitaph. But KC and Epitaph can't counter AOE attacks or automatic stands, which still leads to a bunch that would destroy Diavolo

good post

Pre-gang GE
If giorno made vines grow around his vital points then diavolo would have to find shit to throw at giorno or else the damage would get redirected at him

>dresses like faggot techno gay raver
>"smart"

>Yes, but Bucciarati would have investigated further imo
They did, but I don't know why you think Bruno should just leave the guy be to attack them some more or get away until then. Safer to shoot and ask questions later since they already figured he was a threat. Not liking that Doppio had the ability to throw the scalpels at Abbacchio because of his position (though he does react when he sees the three of them, so he can see them somehow) isn't the same as thinking the way the situation played out is stupid.

>Diavolo is smart
>gets his identity immediately under investigation again by Nero's gang and Bruno's gang when he tries to and fails to kill Trish
>his entire scheme of protecting his real name and history is to murder his own daughter, who he could've avoided the betrayal and dissolution of his mafia had he just had Bruno or someone else kill her instead of forming a bond with her and delivering her to him
>bumbles around the rest of the story shadowing Giorno and friends
Literally he would've died multiple times or failed outright if not for Epitaph giving him pseudo precog for events happening ahead of time pre-GER fight.

Characters conveniently becoming complete retards to serve whatever plot point or contrived death Araki wants atm is incredibly infuriating for this part, and especially cus it's trying to take itself more seriously but simply cannot measure up. Like do you want me to care for these fuckers who are allegedly supposed to be a close-knit team who aren't new to this stand business or not?

>had Bruno or someone else kill her
would still make her a hostage target, and he had no idea if it was some random girl or actually his blood daughter so she needed to be protected until he could confirm it

Any of the pillarmen.

Its still pretty dumb and weak as far as villain motivations go and Diavolo was pretty fucking sloppy after shit hits the fan.

Yeah, but Aerosmith was already scouting before Doppio lost oxygen. Did Bucciarati think that two people were there, one disappeared, and one suddenly threw lameass knives without using a stand? It's nonsense

Ywhach from Bleach.

Kirby.

Sun Stand literally only works in an open field like a desert or tundra. If used in an area with buildings, people can just hide and chill with air conditioning.

Vanilla Ice
Heaven’s door, unless Diavolo is too nuts to understand Rohan’s work
Cheap Trick maybe, though Diavolo’s paranoia would serve him well in that regard

Now I want to see Diavolo vs Cheap Trick.

If diavolo spam epithat, he's almost invincible. He can just eraze the moment when he's supposed to die. Only Dio could kill him but again diavolo could just eraze the moment when Dio use the world

Dio

Diavolo uses king crimson and cheap trick falls off from his back

>Za Wuhld plus star platinum sends a bullet flying right up to his head

I'd give Diavolo the benefit of the doubt in his intelligence. He might have known that Bruno had his fight with Notorious BIG and expected that it would make him fire friendly to avoid any powerful stand user.
Like it might be a plot device but it can be a strategic move with every detail calculated.

Attached: b18.png (680x385, 214K)

The stand user can die by his own stand if he didn’t prepare ahead of time. It quite possibly might be the worst stand.

>Literally ejected from the series for being to OP

Imo

He said not asspulls.

How is Tusk Act 4 an ass pull.

>without using a stand?
Why would Bruno and them think the guy didn't use his stand? It was obviously a stand that threw the scalpels because no person would be able to do that without one. You have a point with why Aerosmith didn't see Doppio there in the first place but they probably knew that normal people may be around and didn't look for a dot specifically disappearing in that one spot while patrolling.

>hates standing out and people knowing his identity
>dresses like this

Attached: 1871319.png (800x500, 467K)

He's dressed like that when he reveals himself because that's what Doppio was dressed like. He didn't have time to put his hair up and change into a suit.

If they were patrolling the area to begin with, they would have been looking for special breathing since the place had tourists. Doppio and Risotto were in the heat of battle, of course they would have been noticed.

Otherwise, it's:
>use aerosmith to look at a bunch of tourists
>recall aerosmith
>use him again after a shitty knice attack obviously not meant to kill
>durr shott shoot shoot

Yep but unironically.

Jail House Lock

Why didn't he just tell Doppio to not dress like a fag?

Attached: DonatelloVersace.png (358x552, 440K)

Just have an attack that lasts for more than 10 seconds over a large area.

Pakistan and India have been in a mini-Cold War for the past ~50 years.

A sniper with a long range sniper rifle. He can't defend against an attack he doesn't see coming.

Yes he can, retard.

Weather report.

Diavolo can be killed in the following way:

1) Have a way of recognizing skipped time and then attack with pin point precision and basically no delay/be faster than him (like Silver Chariot)
2) Have an attack whose duration lasts longer than ten seconds or operates over a large enough. Some sort of virus bomb or radiation attack would do the trick (the reason Fugo was written out of the story)
3) Do some clever than sets him up to be injured at a time beyond which he can see. Bruno almost pulls this off a number of times in their first fight.
4) GER bullshit.

>DIO peaked at 9 seconds
Yeah he peaked there in the short time since he got Joseph’s blood, but that doesn’t mean he couldn’t have gone further. IIRC the time stop is limited by the strain your heart can take. As a vampire DIO can just keep regenerating it. He probably could’ve gotten it much longer.

Fugo absolutely could not defeat Diavolo. He could barely beat the shitters in his own non-canon novel.

Diavolo could just skip the time when the plane crashes. Like in those cartoons when the person steps out of the plane right before it crashes.

No lie

Attached: file.png (1000x559, 638K)

what is this from?

Attached: AnimeHateThis.png (409x406, 81K)

Only Risottofags will tell you otherwise, they kinda forget that Risotto lost notion of everything once he found out Doppio was the boss.

>literally any regenerator

Can someone explain why he can't kill people during skipped time? I thought the way it worked was that only he could do things consciously during the skipped time, but it seems like he always has to resume time before killing anyone.

Because it's "skipped time", not just time stop. So, yes, he can't actually punch someone during it, only right after it ends.

Hey Yea Forums, if Jotaro stops time and steps to the left, but Diavolo looks ahead and sees this, would he see the stopped time or would he just see Jotaro teleport?

But then how come he's able to do things like splash blood in someone's eyes, wouldn't that be erased too?

Nope.

[KING CRIMSON]

He was too enamored by Doppio's cuteness to kill him quickly.

Attached: doppio.jpg (225x225, 12K)

Depends on the skill of the stand user, unless you're OP.

DIO and Jotaro
I never understood Crimson King, but then again I read DUWANG translations, so I barely understood what the hell was going on, so if the anime is right, basically CK stops people for 5 minutes, just people. Or allows him to see 5 minutes in the future.

DIO and Jotaro can stop EVERYTHING for for 10 minutes.

So DIO can Zawardo and just kill him. Same for Jotaro.

teleport, you can't see time that doesn't exist.

No, Diavolo can skip time and make it so that things that ocurred during the skipped time didn't affect him. His limit, if I remember correctly, is 15 seconds.

DIO and Jotaro can stop time. DIO, up to the point of his death, could stop time up to 10 seconds (he said he was still mastering that ability, so had he lived, he would have been able to keep the ability up longer). Jotaro's limit is 5 seconds.

DIO has a fairly good chance, not solely because of The World, but due to endurance since he's a vampire. But it all ultimately would come down to whether Epitaph can give Diavolo enough information about stopped time, and/or whether Diavolo is quick-witted enough to realise his opponents abilities are somewhat similar to his.

What I don't understand about KC is its crappy range. I mean, twice (in Venice and in Rome) that characters that weren't close to Diavolo were affected and could witness the effects of time being skipped. So, why does Diavalo need to be so close to his opponents to activate his ability? I understand his attack range being short, but that shouldn't affect his ability to skip time, if anything he could even use it to get closer, yet when Doppio fought against Risotto, that wasn't the case, and he had to get close to Risotto so that Diavolo could use Time Skip.

Attached: 5.png (328x302, 144K)

Attached: 1560039812824.jpg (600x600, 35K)

Cheap Trick unironically. Diavolo is fucked because you can't Epitaph your way through life every step hoping to avoid every person and still hope to run a successful drug empire.

Just put a coat over it, fly to Japan, and use the ghost alley.

>put a Coat over it.
That's not how that works. Also there is no reason to believe that Diavolo knows about some obscure town in Japan has an obscure locale which has magic ghosts which can steal Cheap Trick from your back without killing you as long as you walk a specific way.

Any stand with an large AOE attack
This is why Purple Haze was removed from the gang for no reason

Correct

Yes, but he sees all atacks coming

A lethal dose of radiation/poison which remains in the air for longer than 10 seconds.
You don't even need a stand.

May be deadly with a proper partner.

I wonder if Kars as an ultimate being could produce his own stand too without assist of the arrow.

He would erase the time.

Risotto
Fuck you, he only lost because of hax and fate, Bossu didn't win shit

Attached: 1555712073355.jpg (1920x1080, 383K)

I imagine it would go

>Diavolo purposefully shows his back to someone else
>Cheap Trick goes for his insta-kill
>KINGU CRIMSON
>Cheap Trick, within erased time, does his attack on Diavolo(who has moved away) and then reattaches to the new person

In fact, Diavolo probably wouldn't even need to show anyone his back. He could just KINGU CRIMSON and walk away from Cheap Trick, unless Cheap Trick has some way to automatically teleport back onto his back.

nah. risotto only won against doppio.

diavolo, with time-skip abilities, would have killed risotto within seconds of meeting him.

Dio could if he stops time before KC erases it.

Whitesnake has a gun.

I kind understand why he's so secretive, with Passione members trying to kill him every now and then, but murdering your own daughter is a bit too much.
He didn't bother with his girlfriend, so why want to kill the daughter all of a sudden? It's not that he knew his daughter was a Stand user.

He cant counter C-Moon

No...freakin... way

Attached: 20190609_073059.jpg (1080x764, 256K)

What is it?

Dio

Kaji could SURVIVE an encounter with Diavolo. I have no doubt about that. But there is no way he could beat the guy.

Trish can sense him.

Attached: 1531315011622.gif (689x616, 655K)

he literally said he can't do sh*t because risotto was too far from him all the time,

If Kakyoin lived until part 5 he would probably have had a version bigger than 20m which may have taken more than Diavolo's 10 seconds to get out of, food for thought.

we don't talk about these things

DIO with za warudo

That explains nothing.

Trish can fucking sense him. She's a direct homing link to him at all times. Thats just how stand user families work. Diavolo wants to remain hidden at all costs, thus having a girl who acts as GPS to his balls running around is detrimental to his entire being.

Does it make sense now

Does it ever say what the cool down time is on King Crimson?
