They kinda exist, the defunct Gutto Kuru line by CM Corp. They were 1/8 scale action figures. There's also Real Action Heroes, which are basically 12 inch figma-doll hybrids. As someone with a Gutto Kuru, I can say honestly you don't want large action figures that aren't dolls. They're heavier so they're more clunky feeling when posing. Hence why most action figures are 4-6 inches tall. It just works.

I was pretty keen on her when I saw the unpainted prototype at WonFes but for some reason I lost interest in Erika once she got painted; something didn't sit right with me, especially with her hair.
