It's Naruto, the fight between Naruto and Sasuke was still one-sided in Naruto's favour, he was just restricted by not being allowed to kill Sasuke while Sasuke was actively trying to kill Naruto and failing.

In comparison, Sasuke is either the most or second most hated character in the series, because at least his insanity is hilarious at times.
Main moments when Naruto is hated on are hyperventilating over Sasuke being about to be declared missing nin, and when he declared Obito the Coolest Guy (Tobirama would agree the same moment he would learn how big part of Uchiha Massacre was done by Obito).

There are a lot of shit characters in the series known as Naruto, but Sakura probably takes the candle by the sheer fact of having character development that was discarded for the sake of regressing her back to her Part 1 personality. She's the only character that has went full circle, which was detrimental for her character, and in her case it wasn't used as comedic relief, as what happened to Karin (and Team Taka as a whole, really, by the War/Juubi Arc, they were reduced to comedic relief and any character arcs they could have were discarded).

I could list several problems with most characters, but few has as many of them as Sakura does.

Because they're shounenfags, so bland sluts are all they have. Having a useful, likable, interesting female character in a shounen series is a rarity.
