That was the final arc right? Honestly it was fine with the exception of the meeting with the aliens behind the Gantz technology. That shit should have been straight up cut altogether. What pissed me off three most about it was that up to that point death was a common occurrence in the series that held a certain mystery behind it, at least in terms of what came after death, primarily the possibility of an afterlife, with characters like the old man and psychic boy seeing glimpses of their loved ones as they were dying. The meeting with the aliens straight up fucked that up with the whole "Mah bro, ain't no real afterlife. A tiny bit of your matter is just uploaded to another dimension and then downloaded later".
Also it kind of pissed me off that the main characters ultimately took the aliens' bullshit at face value in the end instead of pointing out that they were just egotistical and hypocritical faggots. Reporter dude should have told then to go fuck off the moment the cock suckers started talking about how humans have no respect for life considering he witnessed one of the assholes kill hundreds of people for literally no fucking reason other than to prove some shitty point.

Women have the right to choose who they fuck. Personally it feels like she was straight up using and manipulating him though which is what disgusts me about her. The only reason she picked his apartment was because she thought Kato was living there and she actually has the audacity to straight up say that right in front of Kei, not even to his face, but to Kato, while just sort of ignoring his presence during the conversation. That's just shitty in my opinion.

Didn't she die one of those "why don't you just push the person away from the attack instead of trying to tank it yourself" kind of deaths? Maybe that was another female character. I barely remember how people died in the first arcs.

Yeah she tanked the acid the main statue shot and had her lower half cut off. Why didn't she push him out of the way I don't know but it want like she died fighting like discount Laura Croft did.

I think the worst part about the revaltion is that after it happened they did nothing with this info or even act like it happened. We cut straight to a final boss fight that should have happened earlier before meeting the Aliens. The whole alien reveal felt pointless just like the entire vampire arc. They could have cut it out and nothing really would have changed.
They should have left the creators still ambiguous or have a tease of what they are from their enemies and that's it.

Vampire arc was a sad excuse to get the MC back in the game and get rid of the obsessed dude. Don't get me started on that brother mini plot that sent nowhere.
