The fact there is three of them wouldn't surprise me if they were Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo and we find out Izanami and Izanagi are representative of the combined "Custodians" but that there will be more.
At this point, the enemies have to be literally God-tier to make Hibiki's Deicide power actually worth something.

I think they pulled it off pretty well last season with Kirika. That whole bit about her trying to keep everyone else's spirits up and then zesshou'ing to block Tiki's attack was her acting independently and I thought it was neat. Shirabe, on the other hand, is fucked.

The issue is that both power-level scaling and her relationship with Shirabe means that Kirika's attempts at being established as her own character really fall flat.
Though now that I look back, how the fuck has Shirabe floundered so badly? She was a reincarnation of Fine, she has a Monk family member and was named after a Shrine.
Kirika by the same token has literally nothing going for her.
