Tanya and her members don't fit in much. This could work better by either brining another isekai instead or just keep the current 3. There is a lot of randoms in military uniform and they are all uninteresting as the next one.
Also Re:zero has the weakest interactions so far. If you kept this show just Overlord x Konosuba it could be as good or even better.
