Hunter x Hunter, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, One Punch Man are my favorites. Jojo's has good parts and I have nostalgia for Naruto and One Piece but they aren't great.

Soul Eater and Jojo. Don't really read battle shonen anymore. Soul Eater was probably the last one that I actively read besides catching up on Jojo.

I'm only part way through the show so it still has ample time to shit itself but from what I've seen so far Ben-To is probably one of the best Battle Shounen out there. Seems like the writer put a lot of thought into the setup for the story and the way he contrasts the earnestness of his characters with the pettiness of their motivations cracks me up.
