I don't really buy that people can have hard-wired sexual preferences from birth and I know from experience it can change over time even into adulthood, but it's still not something people really have control over (I think deviancy comes from experiences/exposure/trauma during childhood and adolescence) so people shouldn't be harshly judged for it.
