ACE vs Kumamon literally killed the manga
No, absolutely not
Best arc in the history of Shonen Jump.
Low IQ post. Ace vs Kumami was the only reason to read the manga even though it lasted 15 times longer than a regular match.
no more scanlation? dead manga
? is that a fake ?
Washizu arc was kino
It stopped 1 chapter after bear went away. That's not a coincidence. Takkyuu will only come back when Asano finds out how he'll write bear 2: electric boogaloo (dog edition)
From the mind of madness
felt that way despite taking barely over a year
Duh.
Didn't Mexico take ~10 years?
i am blown away this thread has over a dozen replies and no one has said "boat" yet
>what is rape namek
No user, Mexico did not take ~10 years
Nearly 40 chapters and still on-going
Farming arc hasn't been mentioned either
Two full volumes of rape which the editor ok'd because why the fuck not.
The whole hxh manga
the ship

rape namek
The final arc of a manga usually drags out. There's a ton of examples of those.
The Goddess arc in TWGOK was really long compared to everything before it... and the payoff was what, one page? The final arc after it felt even longer but was really just incredibly boring.
It's amazing how boring rape gets after 2 volumes of it.
That's because by the time it was done it took up around a third of the manga's run.
Chimera ant arc is a classic example.
Also, i dont know if it counts but the last arc of dorohedoro drags a fucking lot, depending on when you count where the arc starts it takes like a third of the whole manga.
That and also the fact that up to that point and after it too, arcs in mha tend to be very short, the yakuza arc is still the longest by a long shot, almost twice as long as the second longest.
and it had a boring villain.
would've been so much cooler if chizaki actually considered quirks a disease like they set up.
Reminder that Gintama's last arc ran for 108 chapters. The next longest arc was 44 chapters
It's sometimes hard to tell if you're binging a manga but there was one game in Rookies that was 70+ chapters long. That's a long time even at a weekly pace.
Akagi is in another level. Saki next.
I still want him to show up again somehow. I don't believe he's dead.
Like a third of Dorohedoro's lenght is spent in the fucking store arc, you don't even know the final arc started when you first read it.
Absolutely. It's not about how you make the great story, it's about how you finish it.
I was so happy when Azami's arc was finally finished. How naive I was.
