Anime dubs are objectively worse than sub. You'd have to be an autist to not notice the difference in voice acting quality.

Nichijou used to be super huge, but it was a long time ago. Manga came too late, anime BD came too late, anime dub came too late. They failed to reach any deadline of monetizing it for western audience and the interest kept dwindling until it became one of "oh yeah it was a thing" anime together with Lucky Star, Haruhi, K-On and Azumanga

Are you serious? Just because I don’t hate dubs by default doesn’t mean I love every single dub ever made; I loathed Higurashi dub and liked Konosuba more in Japanese even though I thought the dub was pretty good.

I read it and I still don't understand what you're even trying to argue. In fact you seem to be supporting my claim with your previous post, but you're clearly butthurt so I doubt that was your intention.

I’ll spell it out, then: there are dubs I think are better than their Japanese counterparts and I generally prefer watching dubs because it sucks having to pause occasionally to catch a piece of information I might have missed, but there are times when the dub is simply so bad I can’t force myself to watch it - that’s it.

Ironically, I'm sure most Japanese anime watchers would be too arsed to read text on screen. I recall on numerous occasions seeing them talk about fansubs in the days when groups would sub karaoke and the like, and complain about how busy everything was.

They will turn them into american jokes that will not makes sense and people that only watched the dub will write angry MAL reviews that the show has bad jokes.

The Kobayashi's dragon dub has a patriarchy line and some other more recent show either mentions gamergate directly or heavily implies it, don't remember.

You don't understand how Funimation does their VA selection process. Due to nepotism whoever is the ADR director for whichever project will have a select few people they always use because they're friends and the anime industry doesn't pay a lot so they effectively just keep a small circle of their friends in jobs regardless of the quality of said friends.
It must suck being a VA newfag in the West knowing you'll never get work unless you unironically casting couch yourself.
