I haven't watched anything Mask related literally in decades, but from what I remember, aside from giving the wearer additional powers, it changes their personality based on their subconscious self? Kinda like removing all inhibition or something similar. Anyway, since it would be different for every character, I can only guess that Hyakkimaru from Dororo would become like that villain from one of the Mask movies, getting more pissed off and obsessed over getting his parts back.
