In HF he truly starts turning into swords thanks to that arm giving him too much sword autism than his body can handle. Even his cell reproduction starts thinking about swords.

However that will not happen in a vast majority of cases because it hurts his pride to use it on a mongrel.

Avalon is actually the only thing he can produce without any degradation but it's not very useful without Artoria around. Shirou doesn't have any anti Ea weapons, if any even exist. In Prisma Illya when Miyuverse Shirou was fighting against Angelica with Gils card he said that not even every sword in his UBW could match up to her weaker Ea.

I mean he handled a bow for a while in highschool for a while and it felt extremely natural to him. He can also project pots and pans pretty easily as well.

UBW was all about how Shirou was going to have to make tough decisions in the future. Archer himself tells Shirou "You didn't become a hero, you became justice, and justice can be cruel." The english dub of UBW had some incredible dialogue choices.

He kind of beat Tiamat in Babylonia but that Tiamat was already nerfed to hell and back by Merlin, Ereshkigal, King Hassan and even herself. Otherwise she might’ve tanked Ea and come out just fine. Projection is the skill he uses to create swords from mana. Ordinarily this skill consumes a ton of mana and is limited by the magus' understanding of the thing he copies. So typically you get "hollow" copies that only resemble something but lack its true properties. Or else, if you do get a high-fidelity copy, it can't be anything too complex or powerful because otherwise the mana cost would be astronomical, not to mention the difficulty in retaining all that information in your head in order to project it properly.

This is where Shirou's Trace ability comes in. Because of his Trace, he is able to perfectly visualize the composition of objects, this enables him to do perfect copies even of powerful magical artifacts, including noble phantasms. However it does not reduce the mana cost, except when he's copying swords. Because of his reality marble, Shirou can trace and project perfect copies of swords for almost nothing.

His other skills are fairly mediocre. If not for his reality marble he'd be a joke of a magus. He didn't even properly have his magic circuits activated until Rin opened them for him.

Everything he projects, besides Avalon, are imperfect recreations

If I remember right, she's the only mono goddess alter ego among the Sakura 5, and that goddess is a sort of Tiamat analogue rather than Tiamat herself.

As I recall, the house actually does belong to Kiritsugu, but after he died Raiga took over managing the estate, paying the taxes, etc, until Shirou came into his majority. Also, because Taiga is the granddaughter and heiress presumptive to the Fujimura yakuza group, and is his legal guardian, nobody questions why he lives by himself in a big house.

There’s literally no reason he shouldn’t be able to make “original” swords with properties not in the noble phantasms he’s seen.

Given that his swords become weaker and break easier if he senses any imperfection in a copy or even if he starts being self-conscious about his copies, there are plenty of reasons why he can't just make up a sword.
The object needs to look and feel logically sound to him to be a completed project that won't fall apart in his hands.

Muramasa certainly could make original swords when he uses Shirou's abilities, so its probably more to Shirou's own autism.

Its worth noting that Tiamat is the first mother goddess and every other mother goddess is essentially based off of Tiamat, it would make sense for Tiamat traits to be more prominent in Kingprotea.

I can't recall how Kiritsugu got the house exactly, but I know that he owned it outright because it passed to Shirou upon his death. If Raiga owned the house and had lent it to Kiritsugu then the property would've passed back to him and he'd have to work out some deal with Shirou personally. Instead, Raiga seems to be managing the estate in Shirou's name as a favor to Kiritsugu, which suggests ownership lies with the Emiya household, not the Fujimura group.

You forgot the actual OP thing from that ability and what carried his ass through the entire VN; his body gets forced into the level required to use said weapons JUST LIKE THE OG USER.
It's not merely a teenager creating legendary weapons, no, that would mean shit in the HGW unless he gives them to a Servant... He actually makes weapons and becomes as strong as required just by arbitrarily holding them (what if he throws them like a boomerang? He should instantly lose the power since he's not in contact with his projection but whatever).

So besides being able to create anything he also becomes profficient at it. It's not that Shiro is broken, the ability itself is. Projection is widely known in the Magi world, which begs the question of why don't all Magi have mastered it beyond just swords.
