Dr Push!

Act-Strong!

Kimetsu stronk, now it's at 7 million in print.

Where is the link, the list of best-selling sleeves of the first half of the year? I only saw the top 10

>Black Clover almost losing to Jujutsu while BC has a long running anime currently airing
Yikes

you're never gonna find a replacement for naruto or peak bleach because people realized there's more manga out there than the big 3 compared to its peak

>Souma is cancelled with 750k sales for 3 volumes
>Dr Stone still alive with 300k for 3 volumes
The planned anime better boost the sales

I hope kimetsu can make it to the top 10 for the second half of the year, it was really close.

Why in the name of all balls We Never Learn is still being published but not David-kun? Also Dr. Stone was just the novelty of the moment so is not a surprise, is not far fetched to say that Dr.Stone future will depend solely on how the anime does, anime fail will follow manga cancellation.
>The Promised Neverlad still sells
This is the worst title on the entire chart and is about to beat fucking One Piece, just kill Japan already.

>Why in the name of all balls We Never Learn is still being published but not David-kun?
Because it sells 100k+ and david was sub 5k+ shitter? Are you retarded?

Because it sells orders of magnitude more than david-kun, even if the anime has been a huge failure so far.

Pretty much the anime is the last push the series will get, it will all depend on how it does.

>1.) BC bros on suicide watch
Slow and steady.
>Nardo or peak Bleach
I don't think bleach passed a million in the vol sales.
Naruto wasn't overwhelming either, alot of it's total sales comes from the west unlike one piece so haikyuu, neverland and mha are the replacements.

>Slow and steady.
Kimetsu hit 7 million in 2019.
BC hit 7 million in 2019.
BC is one year older.
Just give up.

Black Choder still below My Hero Kino. Kek

Uh yeah no. Naruto and peak bleach were each doing over 1 mil In japan. Pre anime naruto was at 800k in nippon

>people think jump will cancel dr stone because 90k sales without an anime are bad
>meanwhile hinomaru is releasing its 26 volume with its 20k sales

WT is still strong

>Be the most pushed manga since Toriko
>Be the manga which receives the most covers (together with Neverland) in 2018 and 2019
>Be always deliberately placed in top-3 of every ToC trying to get people to notice it
>Beaten by Jujutsu
>Beaten by Act-age
>Beaten by a Kenshin sequel that nobody cares or nobody wants to read because it happened after the Watsuki pedo stuff
>Be the only title in the entire roster that Shueisha doesn't reveal the total print sales because embarrassment

And Shueisha will still try to hard-push Dr.Stone after all these failures. I hope after the anime airs, Shueisha finally stops pushing it (like they stopped with Shokugeki after anime) and let it die

>Horikoshi saying "hey guys, buy this manga because the author likes MHA" is a better ad than an 80 episode anime
ahahahah

>release your first volume since 2 years ago from a hiatus
>sells the best it's ever sold
>sell the same amount from backlog sales from people picking it up for the first time
>finally completely obliterate Souma
God bless Ashihara.

Comparing any title(except Jimoto ga Japan) to Hinomaru is a good sign of a clueless retard.

don't forget
>2 cour first anime season when hits like BnHA and TPN only got 1

2 cour is the only way for stone. It's beginning arc is a total garbage.

>BC already losing to KNY
OH NO NO
>Dr. Push
AH HA HA HA HA

Attached: 1558320273586.png (552x543, 642K)

He needs it, the poor guy is on hiatus again because of some complications with his gallbladder removal

I really feel for the guy, you can tell he loves his job and actively wants to keep writing but his body won't let him.
At least we have it again in July.

I hope Ashihara’s non-existent gallbladder heals up.
>Shokugeki no Souma (End)
Soon.

>Kenshin still selling strong even after the author got vanned
BASED. FUCK NORMIES.

YONAGI IS A JUMP PILLAR

Attached: 1559311438224.jpg (827x1300, 202K)

>kimetsu total new vol sales 482,272
>black clover total new vol sales 539,400
Umm sweatie?

>long running anime
>anime started a couple of months ago
>kimetsu's latest volume>BC's
Umm BCtard?

This data is actually cut-off before the latest kimetsu volume legged out and started outselling the latest BC volume.
Wait for July to see tears, salt and screams when Kimetsu will outsell BC with the same release day.

>gets high quality anime
>can't even outsell BC
kimetsu no yikes

But it, literally, outsells BC now.

Okay let's see this:
>Bc: 19 volumes, 8 million
>KnY: 15 volumes, 7 million
Hm?

>World Trigger backlog is 50%+

Word of mouth has been better for the series than the anime. The hiatus unironically made it more popular.

user, it's 50% because there's only one volume released.

It'll starting decreasing by 100k per vol when the anime ends.

Act age strong.

But half of its sales this year have been the older volumes. It's finding new fans.

>By 100k per volume
>it'll sell WORSE than before the anime started

>BC bros on suicide watch
BC is going to finish top 5 after elf arc airs.

Jujutsu will beat it even without an anime.

Daily reminder that One Piece is flopping hard.

So far this year it released two volumes, which sold more than 5 million copies. However, this number is significantly lower compared to previous years' sales for One Piece.

One Piece sold more than 11 million copies in 2017, but that number plummeted to more than 8 million copies in 2018.

Before it was 12MIL+ in 2016 and 14MIL+ in 2015.

Its highest recorded sales in a year was in 2011, where One Piece sold more than 37.9 million copies. We're taking a drop of more than 25 million copies sold. This is the biggest flop in the history of manga. Oda and Shueisha got greedy and stretched out One Piece for too long, and now readers are losing interest in droves.

Shueisha needs to be hellbent on finding new hit series to carry Jump besides One Piece if they wanna survive. They can't put all their apples in one basket. They can't place their bets with just One Piece.

Attached: Seitokai-Yakuindomo-Consider-the-Following-001-20170415.jpg (600x600, 32K)

Elf arc is nothing to write home about. It's pretty meh so far.

>not understanding it means it'll lose 100K from whatever it sells at when the anime ends

a piece of shit anime lol. it was a good thing tho, that hideous anime saved lots of people from reading the manga

all those backlog sales on KnY means the anime was good and now everyone is catching up
based

Trips confirm

>>gets high quality anime
This sales are from november to april, so anime boost almost didn't count

Not this copypasta again.

Attached: 1555097949782.png (273x589, 39K)

>This sales are from november to april
Don't believe to every post you read on the anonymous imageboard.

How can slum dunk still selling?
It's just the old manga with a new cover.

>missed the AssClass train
>missed the Haikyuu train
>missed the MHA train
>missed the TPN train
>JJK set to be next big hit, but I dont like it
I hurt

1. People who wanted to replace their old volumes
2. Fans of Slam Dunk who never bought the manga and got tempted by new prints
3. People who have never read Slam Dunk and got absorbed by the hype

You can get on act-age or chainsaw man trains. Both have a lot of potential.

>but still no digital Slam Dunk
i cri

It's usually to Oricon to post half-year sales with few month delay

The Kenshin sequel is only ignored in the West and people would read it if somebody translated it

How did BC get an ongoing series anyway?

It's not that popular.

HERE'S YOUR SAMURAI 8 KILLER BRO

Attached: Tokyo Shinobi Squad.jpg (1773x1300, 971K)

Attached: U3.jpg (883x1300, 325K)

something had to replace naruto and bleach for the big 3 long running garbage meme

On the West yes, Because we see it's just a shonen trope shitfest.
Sadly Jap Teenagers love that shitfest, and that's the target audience.

user, please, don't be delusional. This chart numbers are perfectly align with the new kimetsu volumes and recently posted backlog numbers.

Fuck off with this shit already. We were just memeing about it, yet you keep spamming like anyone actually cares.

Don't worry Dr stone bros, crunchyroll will shill the series to death like they are doing with BC

I can't find any good information about it.
Is this just Slam Dunk bundled in a different way or is there actually something different about it?

It's strange it's getting some traction even in the West considering Demarco's allowing it on Toonami and Funimation picked up the license.

In an age of limited series runs for Promised Neverland, I never thought BC would get 80+ episodes adapted for it.

But in this instance it won't be cringe because Dr. Stone is actually good.

As if the Japs care about how popular it is in the west. If the anime is at least somewhat decent manga sales will get a huge increase in Japan.

the anime is the last chance. if it fails dr stone is getting the axe

Ok Jimbo

>Dr. Stone
>good
kek

>2049
>a fucking sword

aaah fuck off

>If the anime is at least somewhat decent manga sales will get a huge increase in Japan.
Why are you so sure about this? Manga sales show that Dr.Stone really can't connect with the Japanese audience for some reason.

>can't connect with the Japanese audience for some reason.
The girls look like alien. It can't connect with SEA EU or US either.

have you ever considered that maybe the series is just trash?

It might be the rocky start the manga had, but I am sure a lot of people will actually enjoy it once they actually hear about it. It might not become as popular as Kimetsu but I'm sure the sales will double after the anime airs. Unless the anime is a piece of shit then probably won't have a long life.

I think most people just don't care for whacky science shit as much as I do. Shame it's not getting nearly as much love as Eyeshield 21 did but it can't be helped.

>muh boogieman
Fuck off.

I really do wonder how Black Clover would be currently viewed if it got adapted by literally anyone besides Pierrot.

Attached: thinking.jpg (687x697, 74K)

Probably exactly the same

A better studio can't save a garbage source material.

Probably better, but not too much.

Changing Asta's voice would have been enjoyable to watch

>A better studio can't save a garbage source material.
kyoani does it all the time with their shitty LNs tho

>literally anyone besides Pierrot
Even Toei?

Attached: CtZFid7.gif (500x277, 1.74M)

>>missed the MHA train
just wait until the sales spike in fall and pretend you were always an MHAchad

Shonen Jump anime are made to advertise the source material, Kyoani just uses source material to make the anime they want.

Well if it got toei then it would just be in the same situation more or less I guess.

This 100%
I don't know what the fuck were they thinking. Whoever thought its a good character quirk should be fired.

>kyoani does it all the time
Nice try kyoaninigger.

What would Act-age made by KyoAni look like then?

Another reason is the art. Yes Dr.push art is good but some of the designs are weird or ugly (the girls design).

is this a falseflag? ill bite anyways. kyoani literally shits out adaptions of their bottom of the barrel quality in-house light novels and the only reason anyone gives a fuck about them is their subpar production vales and animation quality

Fuck off with this meme already.

Fuck off, if anything, Act age will be picked up by clover works or any studio that likes to adapt shoujo shit

i meant superb* not subpar

user, please.

CloverWorks will be unlikely to pick up as they'd be busy with TPN2 next year tho.

HEROCHADS RISE UP!

MHA have the best art and character designs in jump right now.

>Souma is cancelled

based Herochads

well yeah it doesnt have much competition.

> Kimetsu BTFO Axe Clover
BASED
> Bokuben BTFO Dr.Push
AND REDPILLED

>BnHA selling worse than Bleach in its final arc even with all the push from Shueisha
How long until the axe?

>Can't outsell Pre-anime anime MHA
Know your place kiddo.

Hori consumes every ink bottle in jump

Attached: 1559287771161.png (866x589, 373K)

He's talking about bc not mha, fucking obsessed

>How long until the axe?
2 weeks
source: my dad works for Hori

Dude, bokuben has an anime airing and it's on 30% backlog and almost being touched by act-age. You're not in position to brag about something.

>that difference in backlog of kny and bokuben
Well, anime is complete garbage, so it's not a surprise.

they need to pair the artist up with a decent author. it's such a shame of decent art

Based Kubo continues to BTFO Hori even 3 years after Bleach ended.

Eh, I cannot deny this though, I hate the series with all my soul but the art is pretty good, truly the Bleach successor.

3 chapters left.

Black Clover was originally slated for just one year (50 episodes), but it made too much money for TV TOKYO and Studio Pierrot, so they went with it being a continuous series. They're banking on this and Boruto as their mainstays.

> Dr. flop cant outsell a haremshit with all the push he got
> Flopfags think the anime gonna be a succes
seething pushfags

Attached: D131156A56185161B.png (128x185, 60K)

BnHA anime only here, should I read the manga after season 3? Is it worth it or just goes downhill?

the second half of season 3 is the worst part of the series. If you liked/didn't mind it, keep going

Read it, current arc is pretty good

Attached: Rl7vElG.png (591x615, 176K)

No actually I have yet to watch the last 4 episodes of season 3. It got a bit boring after the all might fight. I heard many saying it goes downhill from there. Is it a worse quality drop than Naruto from part 1 to 2?

Hmm

oh my 7 quirks.

Who cares? SNK is better than everything on that list with only One piece outselling it.

the quality drops after All Might vs. AFO, but it starts steadily getting better again after the licence exam arc. If you finish the anime and are still interested, it's worth reading the manga

chainsaw man is just above axe line though.

deku will gain 7 quirks so no just drop it.

>gain 7 quirks
Seriously? This is worse than Naruto asspulls.

Stop pretending.

SNK≥>>>>>>>>>all those titles.

Ye, he got one new quirk. Hurts him like hell tho

Attached: 03 (2).png (919x1300, 423K)

Based kadokawaChad.

MHA is real rollercoaster after All Might vs AFO
>Kamino arc happens and is arguably the best arc in the series to many
>quality plummets and the next arc is considered one worst
>The series builds itself back up
>Reaches pro hero arc and is praised and considered on par with Kamino
>next arc is just as bad if not worse than License exam.
And now the series is building itself back up again with the current arc.

Attached: 1542821064302.png (1600x1724, 206K)

art is top tier if not the best of current shonen jump (finished and axed manga dont count). the writing went downhill tho, seriously an unbearable semi tournament arc but i trust hori will come up with something good once the academia bullshit is over and the prison break/villain league shit starts.
its worth it imo

Skip the festival arc

>300k with that absurdly blatant amount of push and shilling
>soon to be amplified with the anime and streaming services shilling (Crunchy is so fucking obvious about it)

Jesus some random romcom in Shuiesha is outselling Dr. Stone at the moment.

>skip Gentle's fight
Why?

Attached: 1523673255654.png (1034x1295, 923K)

>an axed series that went to shit is selling better than half of the crap in the magazine
lamo

Kek, thanks for this

World Trigger got only a single volume released, and that one volume sold 400,000 while BC had 2 volumes released this year and they combined only sold 540,000.
Which means World Trigger sells more per volume, even though it has been on a hiatus for a while.

Are Bokuben and Yuuna still doomed?

Yes. Yuuna is especially doomed because it isn't even in the list with 3 volumes.

>World Trigger done by Pierrot would've had both an OP and and ED
Did Toei hate this show?

>4 volumes released vs 2 volumes released

Black Clover only wins because of the backlog sales tough

>Dr.Push
this meme again

how is it being pushed more than any title in Jump?
Hinomaru Zumou and Black Clover got more color pages in their first 2 years than Dr Stone, they got more color pages than One Piece, AssClass, Haikyuu Bleach, etc..
Hinomaru Zumou first ranking debuted as 1 on the toc the first manga to ever do that since Eyeshield
Zumou received a crossover chapter with Kuroko to promote it and it still didn't sells
Zumou dvd sales are one of the worst in history yet it's still there in the magazine
BC is the first manga to get back 2 back Jump covers not called One piece or Naruto since Toriko
BC first volume received recommendation from Psyren author and its second volume received one from Beelzebub author
WSJ eic literally stated they want BC to become the new Naruto
WNL received a crossover with Nisekoi and recommendation from Komi with its first chapter
Act Age & JJK were saved from axing by Jump Rising campaign and they were heavily pushed JJK was already selling well but AA only started to sell recently

so how is Stone being pushed

There's a disparity between its average position on the ToC and its current sales. If it hovered near the bottom most of the time then nobody would be memeing on it and it would've been left alone like Hinomaru Zumou.

>Jujutsu Kaisen + Vol. 0
what's that? am I missing something? I'm up to date with the mango

Cope

imagine being this clueless fucking kek

>caring about ranking memes
Hinomaru was one of the best ranking manga in jump toc for years it only started to decline recently

if ranking were true it would be OP, HQ, Hero in top 3 every week
so does that mean every manga that above them is pushed??

OH NO NO NO NO AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
BORUTO'S SALES ARE GONNA GET EVEN WORSE

Attached: D8ABCH1X4AAlMs-.jpg (937x928, 141K)

So is this gonna be the important announcement?

well fuck you too buddy

>moving from 1 chapter per month to 1 chapter every 2 months

JUST FUCKING FIRE IKEMOTO

>so does that mean every manga that above them is pushed??
Of course. That’s how shitposting works around here.

> BIMONTHLY
KEK, my god...

Bimonthly? Not biweekly? Like, every two months?
Did I get it right? What the fuck is this retarded shit?

there is a prequel miniseries dubbed volume zero that run in Jump GIGA before JJK started

Does he even want to draw Boruto or was forced into it?

>bimonthly
Lmao CANCEL THIS SHIT ALREADY

Did his gallbladder explode recently?

he was tricked into it
he was told it was a new original manga
he only found out it was a naruto sequel after receiving the script

he said so himself on one of his interviews

OH NO NO NO NO

the only bimonthly Jump magazine is Saikyo Jump
is Boruto going there?
at least Japan won't be lonely

Attached: 1556499857765.png (323x338, 107K)

Wait, isn't it being released next week? Maybe their site just fucked up something.

>if ranking were true it would be OP, HQ, Hero in top 3 every week
The misconception is that ToC = voters rankings, not volume sales.
And people meme on Dr. Stone because its sales don't seem to be increasing despite the ToC positions being high.

>Boruto manga turns to bimonthly
>Anime gets stuck in eternal filler
JUST

>he was told it was a new original manga
>he only found out it was a naruto sequel after receiving the script
No way this is real

>done, produced, or occurring twice a month or every two months.
>twice a month or every two months.
Which one is it?

Summer is coming you seething pig. Dr. Stone will slap you in the face and wake you up from your stupidity.

It's already there, the only part of the manga which has been adapted is the chuunin exams.

Another pointless copypasta based on old news. Nice job user, truly pinnacle work here.

Attached: 17123D39-0D47-4415-A453-20DCE7E5C47F.jpg (539x467, 34K)

They usually use biweekly for two weeks. But it's also not being released on Jun 2, so it's better not to overreact before the Japanese announcement.

Bimonthly = every 2 months.
Every two weeks would be biweekly.

>the only reason bc isn't a top 3 manga is because the 3 have anime
>just wait until the anime start
>just wait until the black bulls show up
>just wait until yami vs licht fight
>mha have 63 episode just wait until 64 episodes
>just wait until zora show up
>just wait until episode 84
>just wait until elv arc
anything else i need to wait for?

Just wait until Jujutsu outsells it without anime.

As in the chapter delayed in May from Golden Week comes out as the last chapter in the monthly schedule, then they come out bimonthly after

kek they'll keep moving goalposts even though Kimetsu will catch up to its total sales even though it was released a year later

So where's Boruto?

I'll tell you in 2 months

user, I...

Didn't make the list alongside Yuuna/Hinomaru/Chainsaw.

Bi comes from latin "bis" right? which means twice.
Bi - monthly would be twice a month.
Bi - weekly ________ twice a week.
Then why the fuck is every one assuming it's once every two months?

Attached: 1553714039048.jpg (526x423, 22K)

Please take a basic English course I am begging you

Last chapter came out April 21 so make of that what you will.

>Does ‘bimonthly’ mean ‘twice a month’ or ‘every two months’?
>Unfortunately it means both! In the publishing industry, though, it's used fairly consistently to mean 'every two months', so that a bimonthly magazine is generally one that's issued every two months. The same ambiguity affects biweekly and biyearly. If you want to be absolutely clear, it's best to use a phrase such as 'twice a week' or 'every two years'.

>What do you mean didn't made the list? It's the most popular series

Attached: sero.jpg (296x443, 24K)

Stupid logic

>implying MangaPLUS view counts mean anything in Japan

Isn't the BC anime doing really well domestically and internationally? Europeans eat it up along with CR users.

>BC selling that bad
>Boruto going bimonthly
Bleach Anime return soon. You know it's happening.

Attached: Bleach-3.jpg (800x1126, 335K)

Go back to your hole you delusional bleachtard.

>logic
How the fuck do you say "bimonthly" in your language?

Bleach is definitely not coming back, the movie flopped and they've found its legitimate successor (Jujutsu Kaisen).

How will Jump handle the fallout of One Piece ending?

Top 4 for TV Tokyo.
Growing in africa and middle east countries for some reason.

Don't try to reason with bleachtards. They are crazy.

They will start One Piece: Nuffy.

They've recovered from DB and Slam Dunk ending. They can handle it.

please do not ever put Jujutsu Blandsen on the same level as God King Bleach

Jojo live action flopped harder. Not to mention Bleach was in top 5 anime sales of TV Tokyo for 2018 after not having an anime for almost 8 years.

Twice a month : Bimensuel
Once every month : Bimestriel

Mate, brave souls is making 10 millions per month.

Go back to your hole you retarded bleachfag.

>No argument

Where do you roaches keep coming from? Die already. Bleach did the same.

>Not to mention Bleach was in top 5 anime sales of TV Tokyo for 2018
I wonder if you and BCfags will ever understand that there's not a lot of relevant anime airing on TV Tokyo, so being in top 5 doesn't mean shit.

dvd sales are abysmal
tv tokyo have it under
naruto (which ended 5 years ago)
boruto (which also sells horribly)
yugioh vrain (the biggest flop in ygo franchise history)

>Bleach did the same.
I don't know mate. A single artbook with only six new illustrations and a pricetag of 150+$ sold 37k on pre-orders alone.

It means a lot when you don't have an ongoing anime for 8 years and still make it in top 5.

What do you know, language has stupid logic sometimes.

Same old horse shit from you delusional fanboys.

>No argument once again

>Europeans eat it up along with CR users.
>Growing in africa and middle east countries for some reason.
Europeans and Arabs have other anime sites more popular and faster than CR and a lot of anime airs on tv too
barely anyone from those countries use CR

I cannot believe there's people in this world that still give money to TPN, the first 2 arcs were fine but for crying out loud, 3rd arc was total shit, and what came after it went beyond total shit, WHY PEOPLE BUY SHIT.

Yeah, he clearly gives more of a shit for S8 than Boruto and always has

Yes, KnY got 500k more

If you want to trigger jojotards, go to jojo thread.

>slow and steady
You guys said this last year

>implying there's even a growth in BC sales
BC sales is very definition of stagnant.

Because most of the "fans" don't actually read the source material. Just clips on Youtube and Facebook for meme material.

He's going crazy. The only crutch he can lean on is sales, like it affects story.

>M-m-muh quality=/=quantity

Look at Souma’s backlog sales. Canceling it was a mercy kill.

>unlike one piece
This fucking meme needs to end. One Piece has been the best selling manga WORLD WIDE for years. The only country on the face of the planet where it never did well is the U.S. It's been number 1 or in the top 3 in pretty much every country it's sold. The U.S. fanbase for One Piece was strangled in its infancy thanks to the faggots at 4kidz.

Honestly, they should get another artist for Boruto and have Ikemoto make his Naruto reboot.

Kimetsu is the definition of slow and steady though.

I want bimonthly to mean 2 chapters a month, not 1 chapter every 2 months. The manga is already slow as shit as it is. I hate for it to be even slower.

>Most successful manga of all time, beating even Batman in sales.
>hurr durr muh Yea Forums console wars
>hyuk hyuk flop
This pasta is garbage. Hack pasta was more creative.

>besides Pierrot.
And Toei.
BC would be viewed in a much better light.
The start, viewed as BC's worst part, isn't as bad of a start like say, KNY or WT.
WT was ass compared to Toriko's start.
KNY only started going exponentially up once the anime was announced, not because of its story.
Give BC some Madhouse or Ufotable treatment and it flies off the shelves.

BChads turned out to BClads. I remember when those faggots were huffing and puffing their chests out here on Yea Forums pretending like they were some new hot shit.

Heartily keked

It's doing fine in Japan and Chinks love it. It's an okay Shonen series that is unapologetic about its overuse of tropes. KNY is pretty much the same except it is filled to the brim with fujobait. Which is why it has been such a hit lately; it's basically the modern vampire/fujo manga.

>Is this just Slam Dunk bundled in a different way
Yes. But it also has updated covers by Inoue. Slam Dunk is just that good and popular even after all these years.

>except it is filled to the brim with fujobait.
Yeah, so much fujobait.

Chinks don’t give a shit about BC

>Most successful manga of all time, beating even Batman in sales.
Why do one Piece Pansies believe this shit? Do any of you live in the same reality as the rest of us.

kek, yeah right. More like Dr. Snore. Boring as fuck.

Kimetsu will outsell BC. But BC will outlast Kimetsu. TPN and Kimetsu storytelling isn't designed to last that long. Even the best yokai manga like Nura and Kekkaishi only were good up to the mid 150s. Then they started going bad.

Funny, notice how it's mostly Wan Piss fags replying to this all assmad about it?

Slam Dunk is good and aged pretty well even to this day.

>KNY is pretty much the same except it is filled to the brim with fujobait.
Hit the nail on the head. Tanjirou is fujobait personified. Badass but cute and tickles that motherly instinct. The earrings I think complete his whole appeal.

Good. After the shitshow that was Dressrosa, Oda showed that he was really running out of ideas.

They won’t ever find a replacement for Naruto or Bleach.

>Because we see it's just a shonen trope shitfest.
So is almost everything else on the list. Don't delude yourself.

Kimetsu could always go the Jojo route or do a full on timeskip, I think it's introduced enough younger characters to afford one.

>fujobait
That's why I think Yami isn't ever going to get killed in BC. He's the only bara + fujo bait in WSJ at the moment. He's also ridiculously popular.

Why do people act like BC anime is trash? Have any of you retards actually watched it? It might not have the best animation in the world but nearly every fight that matters gets sasuga tier animation. If it wasn't for the anime, I wouldn't bother with the series. It's literally better than the manga in almost every way.

Cope

jujutsu kaisen have potential this guy should take a crash course under Togashi wing.

>sakuga
>every fight
Did you forget Mars vs Asta with that disgusting cgi? And there was any sakuga in the raid arc.

Not happening. KNY is a one time big time style story. TPN also has a lot of kids but we know it's not going to be like Jojo.

Coping with what, retard? We got a decent anime adaptation over 80 chapters and the manga is reaching its climax. Even got a cute birb. Feels good to be a BCfag atm.

He's baiting and replying to himself. Don't reply to Jeremy.

>every fight that matters*
Those fights weren't particularly important.
What the fuck are you talking about you autistic paranoid manchild?

I should have figured out

Bleach sells MILLIONS even to this day.

You doesn't look convincing at all.

Figures a dumb illiterate spic is replying to my posts. Your sentence structure is utter shit.

Just stop. I like BC, but there is maybe a total of 60 minutes in the anime that looks great. The rest ranges from mediocre to garbage

*in your shitty opinion.
It's too bad you feel that way, not everyone else does. The anime has been successful enough that they went an ordered more seasons past the original episode count of 50. It's here to stay, whether you autist like it or not.

>those BC numbers
Could be higher but I can't complain. As long as it's not in danger of cancellation, it's fine.
Given what Tabata started out with and the shitty marketing Shueisha and CR gave BC, it's a miracle it didn't go the way of TSE.

It's doing fine considering how long this elf shit has lasted. Here's to hoping this arc ends with some proper world building. One of the biggest issues with BC is the lack of exploration outside of the immediate kingdom. We only know about the Diamond kingdom & Witches but IRCC there's a bunch of other races and kingdoms out there. Would be interesting if this arc ends with Asta and company having to go out to other nations to try to seal the demon. Either way, there is not immediate risk of cancellation. The manga is doing pretty good and has cemented its place in JUMP for now. As long as Tabata doesn't do something totally retarded with the story; it will be fine saleswise.

I think it makes perfect sense even though it's pretty gay. I would definitely not call it an asspull, just a regular bad idea.

>Would be interesting if this arc ends with Asta and company having to go out to other nations to try to seal the demon.
That's exactly how I see this going.
>Here's to hoping this arc ends with some proper world building.
I think the arc already has lots of world building. Dwarves, different towns, the other world, the royal palace

>crappy paint edit
checked
>anyone disliking bc is boogeyman Jeremy
checked

sure buddy, he's the shitposter

>I think the arc already has lots of world building. Dwarves, different towns, the other world, the royal palace
Yeah, I know. My favorite thing about this arc so far is the introduction of all those new things. It's the first time since Licht was introduced that we got some proper world building. Hope he keeps doing more of that. The BC world has potential if Tabata expands on it.

>It's the first time since Licht was introduced
By introduction you mean the cave arc?
Because Witches Forest was also world building

Wouldn't be surprised if he's this Jeremy. Nobody mentioned that fag until he posted. Not everyone who disagrees with you is some autistic thread celeb. Those retards are usually pretty obvious and post the same exact shit over and over again. Case and point MPfag.

>By introduction you mean the cave arc?
Yeah, that's what I meant.
>Because Witches Forest was also world building
That's true, I also forgot the water cave people. They were basically just regular humans though.

>yugioh vrain (the biggest flop in ygo franchise history)
That's GX when it was losing out to Duel masters.

>yugioh vrain (the biggest flop in ygo franchise history)
In what terms? it's higher this year than last year so vrains is good.

I doubt he follows card sales or duel links numbers, and yugioh doesn't make money off dvds so he probably just doesn't like it.

>Jump hasn't found a replacement for Nardo or peak Bleach

Dear Lord, please stop. It's a different time. Nothing will sell like 15 years ago. Bleach and Nardo didn't sell like Slam Dunk or YuYu. Get over it.

So, the Heroaca Killer is Neverland?

Any chance Kimetsu beat them both?

Cool for WT to sell that much while having released only one volume.

Nardo sold more than HxH and almost as much as Slam dunk per volume but had 41 more volumes.

Large backlog percentage is actually a great thing, it means more people are picking up the manga.

Slam Dunk print per volume was a record at the time. It was only surpassed six years later and by a single series: One Piece.

Anyway, the point is: comparing current sales with sales from almost two decades ago is silly. The industry has changed. Nothing can sell as much as in the past.

>So, the Heroaca Killer is Neverland?
Apparently.
>Any chance Kimetsu beat them both?
I believe so. The boost doesn't stop.

And Bleach sold like those 2 put together.

KnY need to beat thier pre-anime Sales first before going with post anime. MHA pre-anime is 450k per volume while TpN is on 500k per volume. KnY right now is on 300k per volume.

Kimetsubros report in!

We fucking did it but our thread is still fucking dead!

Bleach had twice as many volumes as Slam Dunk, but sold 6 million fewer copies total.

Have you seen American comic sales? They're absolutely pathetic. I don't even know the last book to break a million

Why do they keep counting backlog?

I think you mean comfy. Somehow Kimetsu has mostly avoided shitposters and the shitty general thing that happens to do many series

Why wouldn't they? Since when backlog never been matter.

Fujofags already destroyed my Kimetsu thread

>Wanpissfags this assmad

Attached: dfg1 (5).jpg (600x600, 31K)

It saddens me to see Kenshin that far down

The boys are cute though, even if there is no pandering. It can't be helped.

What do you mean? it's pretty great for a 25 yo series.

Yeah, I love the series! Which is why I'm kinda saddened it's that far down. Just wish more people would read it.

And get another anime...

what are the chances?

>Made by the same studio that made Naruto and Bleach a worldwide phenomenon
That was the old Pierrot. Current Pierro is shit

Cope

Bleach sold 10 trillion copies according to Bleach threads.

only 10 trillion.

Rurouni Kenshin selling?

>6 chapters per year
You can't make this shit up

Yep

Armpitfags are ruining the threads currently, and there are barely any fujos. I honestly have no clue what you’re talking about

Attached: leaseydoux.jpg (600x300, 15K)

Yes it's worse than the Naruto quality drop. It's had one good arc since the All Might fight, which happened 3 years ago in the manga. Leave while you still can.

Because you're just an anime only secondary

Every series listed as bi monthly on their website is released twice a month. Bi monthly can mean every other month or twice a month. I don't get how literally every person in this thread is so retarded.

adjective: bi-monthly
1.
done, produced, or occurring twice a month or every two months.
"a bimonthly newsletter"

No I’m not, I’ve been reading the manga since Rengoku died. What does that have to do with my reply?

Attached: 2019.png (300x1501, 497K)

Finally a reasonable comment

>only surpassed six years later by a single series: One Piece
But DB has more per volume

>9.53% backlog sales vs 28.96%

Why did Souma tank so hard?

Fuck. Without the backlog even the new volumes of Super's garbage outsell BC.

Slam Dunk is the greatest manga of all time.

>Im not worried. Slow and steady wins the race
You sound totally worried tho

We're getting a live-action of the Jinchu arc. That's still something.

It rapidly turned into an irredeemable shitshow as soon as El Hermano showed up.

Gimme a y-axis next time. I know it’s sales but I want some numbers.

How come Neverland is doing so well? It has shit art and the story has been going steadily downhill for awhile.

What the fuck is that at spot 13 in Q2

Looks like the Ghost Tits MC.

You mean like when any series gets shit on and it's mostly fans of the series replying to it?

>Chainsaw Man still stuck between Hinomaru and Yuuna

So this is the manga whose fans are certain it won't get cancelled.
