Bakugo's quirk is not A+ tier, but he makes it look fantastic. One of his main strengths as a person is his ability to push his quirk to it's absolute limits in terms of what it can do and how strong it can do it. If you were to give him an A+ tier quirk, he would most likely be completely unstoppable

Points 2-4 have nothing to do with his quirk, and the first point is wrong. Bakugo generates his explosions through sweat, and he takes recoil damage. He can only store up so much sweat and he can only take so much recoil. Let's say he trains like an autist to completely remove the recoil downside. Well then he still has a problem

Considering the substance causing the explosion will never change, the only thing you can do is change how much of it is used to create the explosion. What this means is that Bakugo has a cap on the size and strength he can produce without him storing sweat. Unless he carries around a massive vat of sweat on his back, and he can fill that vat, then the explosion we saw in his gauntlet back in the first 10 chapters is likely the most powerful explosion he could realistically make in battle

Cant Shoto create dangerous steam explosions by combining both of his abilities, he creates a mass of ice the volume of say a house for example then rapidly heats it up causing the ice to expand into a steam explosion that causes second degree burns on anyone hit by it.

bakugo is A. a kid while endeavor is an adult, and B. his "ultimate move" is designed for limiting collateral damage and putting into a limited area, not maximum firepower. I.E., He's not going for just killing his enemy, his attack is designed so he doesn't literally kill everyone else in the area, which is kind of an important drawback for his power (He only lost to meatball boy due to having his allies around so he could just cut lose without killing them in his blast)
