Its generic shounen as we thought, although MC doesn't seem to mind killing people. The kid green haired kid is special for some reason, there's a lot of weird tranny looking people, blacks, and a large amount of crime as one would expect in a realistic cyberpunk future. MC can bend his lightning in all sorts of ways and do shit like this laser or grapple with it.
