Am I the only one here that think HxH is overrated? I have read most of the chapters (some chapters skimmed though) and it really didn't live up to what people hyped. I mean , the characters try act smart in their fights , but they also have many generic strong powerhouse guys like that one from the spider organisation and one from the chimera ant. Also , kinda not like how Gon was supposed to sacrifice the nen that he had for power ..... and then got it back because the author invented a new character that can bring back his nen power. Sometimes the fanbase act like the chimera ant is the secret of universes. Not to mention that Meruem is pretty much an alpha version of Cell from Dragonball.

TL;DR : HxH is a average manga but the fanbase is very biased and glorified it too much sometimes like it's the masterpiece of literature , while I think there are some shonen mangas that are better than HxH like Boku no Hero

As he had said, he was always careful never to take significant damage no matter what, for fear he'd vanish. He was also too afraid to injure himself severely, because he was just too scared to find out the truth.

The gorillaz guy, by breaking his arms(more than enough damage to destroy any clone) proved to him beyond all doubt that he was indeed the real original, removing the core of his trauma.

That, combined with him being extremely motivated to save the people he viewed as the only ones in the world who accept him, was enough to overcome his trauma and his mental blocks.

There is plenty of bad writing in MhA, but this was honestly fine

When I read boku no hero academia I tend to facepalm, sigh, roll my eyes upwards and I also get a headache every time there's a cliche, 1 dimensional character, shit writing, and constant plot holes which is almost every chapter. In order to feel better I start reading black clover and my headache disappears and I get invested into the story free of plot holes, has foreshadowing done right, and characters that have actual personalities and actually do things in the story.

His devil fruit ability never changes. He just gets better at using it. His veins are rubber, so he can skyrocket his heart rate without dying. His arms and legs are rubber, so he can inflate them and hit people with them like a truck tire. Haki makes him tougher and gives him better observation skills, but the fundamental power of being rubber stays the same.

As far as I can tell even if the militaries of this world have literal super soldiers all characters shown thus far are weaker than a single aircraft carrier that knows your location. Whenever guns come about, they don't do anything (see police with riot gear and MP5's shooting Nomu's point blank doing nothing) so obviously the story can't really use a weapon with more than a thousand years of engineering behind its killing intent, because Japan.

Also, humans in the setting seem to have some odd resistances to impact damage, far beyond comic book level shit, it doesn't really make sense and it's probably not supposed to. It's just shit, not complicated, just plain not good.

To be fair here, the Nomu's are shown to have Super regeneration as almost a baseline power.
Ergo, they're explicitly made to be Gun kryptonite, while heroes have more "anti-vehicle" type weapons in their quirks.
Think of it like how a person with a Rocket launcher in a warzone is badly equipped to deal with other infantry since its less practical than a rifle in most situation due to most infantry being soft targets, but the second you run into a tank he skyrockets in usefulness.

Most quirk users are Glass cannon build, while Nomus are made to be Tank type builds.

We have some options here. The first option is all for one coming back. This isn't a really good option due to his relationship with shiggy, but its out there.

The second option is a Nomu like High end going rogue-- We have them self aware, and Hood showed signs of megalomania. All you need is one that evolves enough to overgrow its control and you have what amounts to an intelligent Doomsday in a low power universe.

Third option is the doctor himself, as he seems almost as threatening as AFO due to his ability to make these nomus.

Fourth option would be to introduce a new villain (like whoever is behind the trigger drug from Vigilantes)

Bakugo doesn't really need an illogical power-up. Explosion per se is good enough and there is still plenty of room for creative uses of the quirk, like using the supersonic shockwaves as crowd control, etc.
His bottleneck right now is his body, but at least he has a body that grows stronger along with the magnitude of his explosions.

I imagine that at some point in the future he is going to be capable to release enough energy to vaporize all kind of matter inside the radius of his blast.

I think you're overestimating Bakugo's power ceiling. He has a B-tier quirk, but S-tier combat prowess. He can be very strong in the endgame, but unless he gets some sort of power up, he'll never be close to some other characters

Lady out of the way of All for One's blast in a split second using the fibers of their clothing, he can probably grab parka boy's parka and slam him through a wall before he can react.
