I genuinely like all of them though, just that there are clear strong good volumes and then there are some noticeable low points as well.
The lowest ironically is the beginning but rightfully so. The main and first wave of supporting cast are introduced and sets the world and tone, just that it's a shame is pretty long-winded for an intro.

Dust 3 was too weak for a Dust spin-off and weak overall as a KonoSuba entry. Dust 1 was a good intro to the character and sets itself to be a light fan-service take on existing waifus and fleshing out Kazuma's friends outside Vanir and the main series. Dust 2 takes the concept of Dust 1 and redoes the Hotsprings visit but emphasizes the character interactions and dynamics, I found that a lot of fun - albeit uninspired since it just reboots Vol. 4 of the main series but to be with Dust instead. Dust 3 rides too much on Kazuma ass-kissing that I couldn't tell if Dust has homolust for Kazuma or that the author didn't knew what to do with Dust's backstory and cheeses it out with a generic, "we help our friends, lmao!" ending. The Clair fanservice was weak, Tranquility Girl killing is pretty meh, and I wanted to see more drama about Dust's backstory. Instead, we just peak Lynn's interest a little and fucked off. Yunyun and Loli Succ are great side characters to Dust, they play his playboy smug and ego attitude well.

Aqua acknowledges her flaws and tries to work around it in the later volumes, the issue is that her flaws isn't really something she can do terribly much about on her own, so it mostly just manifests as extreme cowardice.

It's worse than that, despite her problems being the easiest out of the three to fix and her constantly complaining about not having any chance to shine, she makes absolutely no effort to fix her deficiencies. That is one of the many reasons why she's worst girl.

Aqua’s selfishness and ego is her main issue when going into a battle, and its a 50/50 on whether she is in a good mood to do something or not.

You could say the same about Megumin, but at least she acknowledged that she is a one trick pony and let Kazuma make the decision for her whether remain like that or learn advanced magic.

When she offers to learn Advanced Magic to be a better Archmage for Kazuma, she points out that she'd have to invest further time and skill points into becoming appropriately proficient with Advanced Magic as expected from a Crimson Demon and high-profile party like theirs, and this would practically require her to halt her perfecting/advancement of her Explosion magic because she doesn't have the mana pool to use Explosion and any other magic in the same day (yet, and presumably not for years if ever at all considering the only people we've seen able to cast Explosion without totally depleting their mana are supernatural/undead).
The point is more than what's practical though. The actual dilemma is her offering to essentially abandon her lifelong goal and passion for the sake of being more useful to her friends. Before this, as we learned in her spinoff, she was twice before prepared to learn Advanced Magic and forgo Explosion when she feared Komekko and Yunyun (and herself) were in mortal danger. The decision she made for Kazuma was more final that even that, since she wasn't compromising her ideal out of necessity but rather resolving to abandon it completely as a way to improve herself.
This is probably the biggest time her inferiority complex comes to light, a very underrated aspect of her character. Despite her accomplishments with the group and boisterous chuuni persona she's very aware of how much of a burden she can be to the others and doesn't think of herself as an "excellent" mage despite her talent, dedication and feats. She wants to change herself because of her insecurities, and it's something she's thought over for months with the party.
All of that makes it that much sweeter when Kazuma shows her that understands and supports her for who she is by denying her when she wanted him to pull the trigger, because "there's no mage more excellent than our Megumin."

Everyone who hated her in volume 10 is salty that the story got hijacked by "Iris's happy fun trip to not!Las Vegas" instead of picking up the Kazumin romance where volume 9 left off, and anyone who claims otherwise is in denial.

Literally the best thing about volume 6 was the castle raid, everything before that was dull and stale, not even Kazuma could save it.

You weren't there when volume 10 got released. Here's the thing, parts of continued explosions got released before volume 10 came out, and back then nobody had any issues with the role Iris played in it or Iris as a character. In fact she had quite a decent following.

Then volume 10 came out and once it became clear that it wasn't going to have anything to do with Kazumin, opinion on Iris practically soured overnight. Suddenly all the bland character and mary sue and op arguments came crawling out the woodwork. The continued explosions chapter where Iris demolished half the monster population came out just 2 months before and nobody cared.

The reasoning is that they dislike Iris because her being there took the spotlight away from Megumin and the romance plot, but coming right out and saying that makes them sound like a petulant child whining that they didn't get their favourite toy, so they start reaching for any other argument to lend their position a veneer of legitimacy, no matter how far they have to reach for it.

Like I said, I wouldn't mind if they actually used that as their argument and tried to argue their position from that angle, but it almost never happens that way. The entire segment demonstrating her power nails the point home that despite her power, she still can't accomplish her goals without Kazuma's help, which falls into this running theme where how much power you have is not as important as how you use that power.

While V10 wasn't strictly necessary to the main plot that doesn't take away from the fact that (atleast imo) it was a very enjoyable read, even though that was basically just due to Kazuma carrying and not Iris. Besides, there ought to be some volumes that don't continue the main story line, as to keep things from getting "predictable".
