Interestingly enough, even if what he did on the Katze Plains (Season 3, episode 12-13) was horrifying, I think his actions there could not be considered a crime because:

>I don't think there were in the New World any laws or treaties regarding the invocation of Eldritch monstrosities in a battlefield.
>He killed an enemy champion in a formal duel where all rules were laid clearly beforehand and did so without cheating (well... technically).
