considering it's at worst decent and at best good, and if you skip the intro/outros you can catch up in less than 90 minutes yes

Konosuba is a comedy series so obviously it would be prime material for gags. Overlord also has good characters to use as jokes. Re;Zero takes itself way too seriously to be used as good joke material, so everything they do just boils down to "lmao Subaru you tard". Youjou Senki can't be used for jokes, but let's hope beach episode proves us wrong.
