It's selfish of him to offer the plates to Toi when they don't solely belong to him and a major part of his motivation to help Toi is that Toi won't have to leave and can be part of the happy soccer-playing friendship Kazuki envisions for himself. Kazuki's behavior in this episode makes way more sense if you see him throwing his tantrum over the fact that this happy plans fell apart and he can blame it on Enta's betrayal, rather than him actually worrying about Toi or Chikai.
