I like how they both talk about how they are finally connecting with the people around them, perfectly echoing Shirogane's words during her meeting with the Faceless quartet about how all automatas are too self absorbed to care about others.

And the way the writing is contrived each time to make Masaru unable to see him is always entertaining.
Awesome.

Everyone jumped ship when they realized what a rushed clusterfuck this adaption is. Threads picked up a bit when Lolimbine was around though.

why cant masaru reunite with narumi? the fuck? they have like 60 hours until they get to the rock so whats the big deal if masaru talks to narumi for like an hour and shirogane gets to suck the narumi dick for 59 hours? i just dont understand.

Masaru thinks his entire existence holds Shirogane back thanks to all the fucking programing Faceless put into making her care about him. He's pretty adamant in separating himself from her just because he wants her to find genuine happiness. It's pretty much what set him apart from Jin, he cares enough about other people to put them above his desires.

So it's all Faceless's fault. Again. I've never loved yet despised a villain this hard in my life.
