I'm quite bad at the language so don't put much weight in this outline. Just throwing something out there for the people who are making guesses from the panels already anyway. Skipped some things but tried to cover the broad strokes and important parts.
Robot says her appearance was transmitted from other interference units that she destroyed, and that he's already been destroyed and can't move.
She marked him with pheromones or something and went to sleep. Robot wonders what she's doing and wants to know more about her.
Faputa returns and says she found kuu. Robot begins shaping it to fit. Interesting. He says not as much as her.
Faputa doesn't care, only knows her anger towards "them", but realizes she had fun gathering the valued items to fix him, shii and kuu. She wants to know more of her mother's words.
Robot explains the five tiers of value showing their symbols. Shii, kuu, gutsu, mei, and haku. She responds to haku and he further describes it as something irreplaceable, and expects it's what she is called.
Mom has already lost her words. If it's a name given by them, she doesn't want it.
Robot names her Faputa, from Fau meaning noble daughter, and Aputa meaning an indestructible thing, representing eternity
Faputa names him Gabuurun. In mom's words, queen's protector. Unsatisfied? He responds just doubt, can something more brittle than her be a protector?
Faputa says he's already protected her.
Off to search for the next valued item.

I was a bit off, I guess Gabuurun learned from the robots that were destroyed by Faputa what the value system is. The robots that were destroyed were in the value for a bit before Faputa's birth, and since they share a hivemind, Gabuurun learned about the inside. So Faputa's "true" name is Haku, since she's what the village and her mother values most.
I guess the Faputa butt rub on Gabuurun () is the spreading of the pheromones panel? Interesting to know that Gabuurun is weaker than Faputa. He's already pretty powerful, but Faputa is even more so.

In chapter 51, the robots that were destroyed by Faputa came out of the village to greet her. It makes sense for them to have learned about the village and the language. The robots Faputa destroyed learned the language quite fast after meeting Ganja Squad. They transmitted the knowledge to the big robot.
I wonder if it is possible for the big robot to instill some knowledge to Reg?

It seems a bit weird that the big robot can do a lot of things Reg can't even though Reg is supposedly "newer". Not sure if it's because Reg lost his memories or because the design for the new robots is so that they have more mobility (can transverse layers) in exchange for power and the ability to control its power. I'm leaning towards memory loss.

Small size was for more than just traversing layers I believe, at its full potential, robots like Reg can probably go toe to toe with most anything in the abyss and win, whereas lead balloons like Gooon are sitting ducks against the larger, more heavy hitting threats and even some of the smaller ones im sure just because his power is so much less wieldly. Lots of sacrifices were made to design Reg, features stripped away out of necessity; his weapons probably left no room for luxuries. Any ancillary part of his body was devoted to their function and even then they use too much power for him to properly support them. I don't know that if Gooon had Reg cannons (and the electrical infrastructure to power them) that he could use them without passing out but it does seem likely.

I don't remember if the large robot punched Ryuu or shot a canon at it. But it doesn't seem to faint after using it. I think it goes back to Reg not being able to control his canon well enough so he goes all out every time he fires it. In the Ozen battle he learned to "control" his power somewhat and narrow his beams instead of doing a huge AoE attack. But I guess he still hasn't fine tuned his power enough to not drain himself after using it.
You brought up a good point about how the large recharges. I'm not sure either. Food maybe? We probably won't have that answered unless he ask the boy himself.

Funny thing was that I was going to give Goku as an example of when it's alright to show penis. Goku being born and put into a pod was when it was okay for his penis to be shown. Goku running around naked when he was with his grandpa was it was okay for his penis was shown. One instance of that was when he was a baby, the other was when he was a young toddler. I don't know how vital Veko is to the whole establishment, it was said that Iru had grown weaker before, but that was counteracted by another wish egg + the now constant influx of new 'value' into the town. I think if anything Iru is basically just growing sad/depressed when Veko leaves what is essentially her subconscious mind.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see since it could potentially not be left up to choice at all, but I just don't think any of the major characters aside from Faputa would kill Iru/the town so easily, at least now that its full of reasonably innocent people who can't leave.
