I will go with Himouto Umaru-chan and Death Note.

Umaru is now the younger sister of Yagami Light. His actual younger sister, Sayu, doesn't exist, and Umaru's actual older brother, Taihei, doesn't exist either.
Umaru annoys Light, because she is lazy and only cares about eating chippu and kola. She constantly nags him, which puts Light in 'dai pinchi' because Light needs alone time in order to use the Death Note and talk to Ryuk. But Umaru constantly wants to play gemu with him, or asks him to buy the latest janpu for him.

The tension comes to a maximum during the infamous "i'll take a potato chip and eat it" scene, when Umaru barges into his room and demands to get some of the chippu as well. But Light has to fight her off because of the hidden television device inside the bag of chips. Remember that L put hidden cameras in his room.

In the struggle, the bag of chips falls on the floor, and the hidden TV is revealed. BUT! It turns out that L already turned off the hidden cameras, because Umaru was naked in the shower just before this scene, and Chief Yagami didn't want L to oogle his naked teenage daughter. The day is saved. And Umaru and Light play video games together.

JoJo and Fate, chernobyl would be nothing more than a fart after this.

DBZ x JJBA

Story starts near the end of part 5 of jojo (retconning part 6). Jotato shows up in Italy to help with the Diavolo situation. Jotato manages to get the requiem arrow from Polarefff and stab himself with it which activates Star Platinum Requiem. Diavolo activates King Crimson at the same exact moment as SP's requiem time stop. This amount of stando powah being discharged causes a break in reality and a portal appears linking the two words.
In DBZverse, Beerus and Whis notice the portal and Trunks is sent to investigate.
The two universes clash in typical cross over fashion. Stands are even able to keep up with the Z fighters. At the end Dio Over Heaven shows up and Goku has to fight him for the fate of both universes.
