Now without yamakan who is going to step up and save the industry?

Based K-ON weeding out the hacks.

Literally who?

some hack

>fractale
>film
I'm pretty sure it was a series and I don't even remember what happened or how it ended.

A rapist. During his days at Kyoto Animation he tried to have an affair with Naoko Yamada and after she rejected him things got out of control and he tried to rape her, of course he didn't succeed and ultimately was fired by Kyoto Animation.
I'd have tried to fuck Yamada, too.

Molesting a JC idol is the only way to build an ideal society that lasts for centuries.

But you shouldn't do that, because idol tears.

This guy seems to be very toxic and doesn't have many friends.

good riddance

>In the case of his announcement of leaving and quitting, this isn’t the first time he’s done these. Apparently, this is his fifth. His recent announcement was back in January this year where he threatened to leave the anime industry. In 2016, he also announced that he is taking an “indefinite leave” from working to recover from “unreasonable circumstances”. He then returned a few months later to work on a project, which was revealed to be Hakubo.

I don't know if he's a full sociopath, but definitely a narcissist.

How many times has he left the industry now?

>Going back to his latest announcement, he started off his blog post placing a 2016 video of his talk titled “Anime is dead”, which he discusses how he dislikes the modern anime that is being shown lately. One of the anime series he mentioned was the 2009 anime series K-ON! and expressed that the anime series “gave him the chills

Based bro knew K-on was the cancer killing anime

So, what did this guy achieve? Why should anyone give a fuck about what he thinks?

I wish he'd leave for good.

He worked on a lot of kyoanis moeshit series. He was also not afraid to speak out against moeshit and how it was ruining anime. Kyoani did everything in their power to silence him

Prime Kyoani staff.

He's not a skilled enough manipulator to be a sociopath. His track record of blaming everyone else for his own failure is classic narcissism, though.

He's a hack who managed to get fired from the studio he created. He's pretty much a lolcow.

He was Kyoani's best episode director.

About the same number of times as Miyazaki. It's almost as if he's trying to draw that comparison on purpose.

>apparently this is his fifth

This is the Wake Up Girls guy, right?

Quick, name the episodes he directed, and describe what made them better.

He famously got removed from Lucky Star after 4 episodes.

Is he the one that made early Lucky star boring?

Is that why everyone keeps saying that it gets good after 4 episodes?

Having a combo earthquake tsunami nuclear power plant meltdown couldn't do shit to the animu industry. This shit can't be "saved" at all.

The animu industry is a beast that's eating and living off of itself. Whatever money that's been fed into it will not bring you anything in return.

I kept telling you guys K-On destroyed the industry but nooooo shut up though.

The first episode of Haruhi is a perfect rendition of a movie a bunch of high schoolers would make.

Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu episode 2 is by far the best episode in the show. The atmosphere created really elevates the episode.

Unironically yes.

the series flopped after the 4th episode though

The sheer amount of funding he and Ordet attained is nothing to sneeze at, although-

>On March 4, 2019, the Tokyo District Court commenced bankruptcy proceedings against Yutaka Yamamoto.[11][12] His lawyer stated that this would not affect his Hakubo film project

Attached: Unknown.jpg (300x168, 9K)

Wait, he got personally bankrupted? He didn't even set up his studio to take the fall? How incompetent can one man be?

wow, everything that touches kyoani just rots

>guys I'm quitting
>I mean it, why are you laughing
>you guys really should care about this
>no I won't be back a month later
>guys stop it this is serious
>where are you going, come back and listen to me

Yup, what a shitshow that was.

Rather, Kyoani's garbage remains garbage.

Did he gain weight?

K-on file have been legitimately good if things actually happened or for forbid they focused on music. It had nice characters and a nice setting

>implying he'll stay gone

>K-on file have been legitimately good if things actually happened or for forbid they focused on music
Hibike is what K-On should have been. Stop phoneposting.

Hmmm. He would be an excellent hire for a Chinese studio trying to break into anime.

For best results, let him direct, but not manage, the project.

I feel like K-On! is a litmus test for human beings. If you don't like it, you shouldn't be allowed to waste air.

K-On is easy to like, but hard to love.

This is incorrect.

I have only watched a few episodes of Lucky star and K-on because i don't like slice of life. Am i missing out something?

Robot detected.

Yes, true happiness.

You're missing out on Hidamari Sketch.

It was never to my taste, either.

>doushite desu ka?
>doushite desu ka?
>doushite desu ka?
>doushite desu ka?

>This guy seems to be very toxic and doesn't have many friends.
Just like his audience. Flawless combination.

I'm not a fan of SoL either, but K-on (season 1 anyway) was legitimately good. Lucky Star is nothing special though. If you watch K-on season 1 and like it, go on and watch season 2.

I don't think Digibro tried very hard.

>In the case of his announcement of leaving and quitting, this isn’t the first time he’s done these. Apparently, this is his fifth.

K-on is the greatest anime of all time.

based phoneposter

literally who

Is this more “muh moe ruined da industry” bullshit?

Based and redpilled

>Nips being vocal about anything.
He may be an eccentric cunt, but at least he has a vertebrae.

goodnight sweet hack

>i'll save chinese cartoons from itself by directing a single episode
>look my name is attached to the project
>i'm totally saving the chinese cartoons

AGAIN?

>He also worked in the Lucky Star anime as its series director from episode 1 to 4

Savior of anime bahahahaha

I'm surprised he was still in the industry, thought he left years ago t b h

FUCK ALL THE MOESHIT ANIME

>It was all fruitless, but I did all I could in these 10 years. I wasn’t able to change things with my own hands after all.

Or the government could just step in and decide to save it themselves

animenewsnetwork.com/interest/2019-05-29/japanese-government-solicits-public-opinions-on-proposed-guidelines-to-improve-anime-subcontracting-terms/.147234

>Or the government could just step in
Fuck off, commie

this right here
entry level pleb filter
keeping normies away from my ichigo mash and mitsudomoe kinos

K-ON is the reason that lead me to visit Japan/Toyosato Elementary

it is pure healing

>normies
Looks like it is not a good enough pleb filter

I like SoL and I don't like K-On

Did Fractale flopped?

Moeshit does not exist.

K-On is a 4koma slice of life manga, Hibike is a novel drama series.

>quitting before Kannagi S2

What a bitch.
