The whole thing looks flat, has no third dimension to it. There is no facial structure, the eyes are highly assymetric. The whole face is too short. The upper skull is not round enough. Tongues don't work that way. The head doesn't sit on the neck at itscenter but the whole head is shifted to her right. The right shoulder also looks dislocated, and whatever the elbow does, the relative lengths of the upper and lower arm are fucked up.
Other than that, the shading is all over the place. and the blush effect is amateurish at best.

He seems highly inconsistent. Probably traced a few things or at least worked with references on some and without on others. He also seems to have slightly improved over time.
But, generally speaking, he seems to have a weakness when it comes to faces and expressions. And tends to colour everything in a very flat way that makes things look more like cardboard cutouts than threedimensional shapes.
That being said, not everything about his work is bad; there is potential. But I do think he should try to take a few steps back and study more basic anatomy and what poses a human body can do.

Hinata got a couple moments and otherwise got sidelined, Sakura was only relevant because she was part of the main cast and probably would've been written off years ago if she wasn't, Ino lost all relevance altogether besides her ties to Sakura, Kurenai got pregnant and sidelined, Tsunade basically got bodied by everything and had the council undermining almost everything she did before being sidelined, and every female antagonist that wasn't the occasional lucky filler villain reformed got gutted like a fish, buried alive, blown up, what have you.

Tayuya was a very different opponent and she started the whole over-the-top insult thing. That was the tone of their banter, she set it, he returned the favour.
He did respect her skills and intellect more than he respected any other opponents'. He enjoyed the challenge, saw it as a tactical competition.
They were equals and treated each other like equals. That's what makes their interactions so special.

Unique and memorable character. There's been other characters in better manga with very little exposure but tons of fan love. Also, most of the female characters up to that point had kinda been shit, so it's easy to stand out (look at Anko), and since she's a villain, her bitchiness is easily overlooked and even kind of endearing rather than grating like Sakura.
