I never read past the original 2 VNs, but that seemed almost impossible with how far reaching the BETA were. It would legitimately be easier to wipe them off Earth and find backup planets to run to if they ever came back than find their source. came to post this, these things are geuinely pretty unnerving and the way that they are written to be these adaptible and resourceful killing machines that only see humans as pests make them great villains
