He's tired of dragon ball so he pretty much sold it to a ton of ghost writers and once in a while just goes "yeah that sounds good." At that point it's a why not just keep it going. I really don't mind that. It's just disappointing we'll never get to see anything else from him. I enjoyed Dr.Slump and his other oneshots.
