She sounds apathetic and bored. It's voice that could fit pureblod, royal ripper or DLH but not Psykos. The most unstable character in this manga was made soft spoken and calm. In her debut appearance she should almost giggle from excitement (in this specific moment she should act more like tome from mob or riko from made in abyss when she works on reg for the first time) yet she is composed, emotionless and almost indifferent. Compere this (and most of voice acting from season 2) to how monsters act in first season, they are oozing with personality. I hoped that she will have diffrent, androgynous voice for many reasons, voice similar to konbu's. But my problems are related mostly to her expressions, they are simply bland, the manga, just by using one eye, can convey the enotions better, much better. It's bad but not as bad as Saitama's VA though.

From his creditials it seems they just threw the quickest director they could find in little time and no concern. Sound director is very hit and miss and anytime its a shit production or anime adaptation he just doesn't try at all.
