How does it look so good? Where did they even get the creative staff for this from, let alone the animators who have an interest in it? Everything about this film looks like a passion project. Hisashi barely ever even works on non Ghibli anime anymore and they even got Kimura to draw something that aren't urban environments.

Damn, Majo is missing one chapter in English. Been wanting to read that one, but I recommend Little Forest and Hanashippanashi. The JPN live-action of Little Forest was very good as well. I read the Spirit of the Sky Builder a few days ago and I enjoyed it, but I enjoy almost anything the guy writes.
