Gonna go with kaguya.I think gotoubun peaked earlier and has both higher highs and lower lows.I also gotta give the mangaka credit for all the foreshadowing and callbacks he has made throughout the entire manga, even as early as the first chapter. Quite enjoyed the 7 goodbyes arc more than fireworks, election and festival in kaguya. However, the kyoto arc has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth.
In terms of main characters, kaguya is better developed than the quints while fuuts has had earlier development than prez did but prez has has some interesting parts about him in this latest arc. I find fuut a more interesting character and his subtle changes nice to see but prez can be fairly cool to view even if he was mostly the same character for 100 chapters.

Nobody cares about Kaguya anymore while 5toubun is the most talked about manga period.
Waifu war will always be more exciting.
