He should leave before finishing.
Also, >ann

> Implying he's really leaving
>Implying this isn't just his routine semi-annual cry for attention.
>Implying a few months from now he isn't going to be saying some other stupid thing for attention.

Now anime will never be saved

he'll be back when the money runs out; as per usual!

No, this was actually the answer all along. Removing him from the industry raises its overall quality.

I don't believe him. What's his job, anyways?
Legit question, what do people like him do for a living? Please explain in the simplest way possible. I'm a brainlet.

He saves anime. He died for our sins. The Lord and Savior does not get paid.

>the guy who majorly helped destroy anime is leaving
that's a good thing

All of these shows are good

RIP. He was too good for this rotten industry.

Who?

>t. klkfag

klk was literally shit

>Yamakan becomes the new Miyazaki endlessly retiring and returning

I know. I know I've let you down.

>Yutaka can mean relaxation, warmth, tenderness, rich, fertile
Sounds like bullshit to me. I don't know if any of these apply to Yamakan

I will never forgive him for what he did to wug.

What did he do?

His family is rich and well-connected in the anime industry so between jobs they set up for him (he originally got such a high position at KyoAni because his uncle iirc arranged it for him) he wines and dines around for sponsors.

I wish to one day read about Yamakan getting stabbed to death by a drunken hobo after he instigated him by calling him a loser and repeatedly asking why he was sitting on the floor in front of the station.

I don't know anything about him aside from the saving anime meme so
makes no sense to me. I'm guessing he butchered some anime.

He's clinically insane.
He acts like a schizophrenic, unstable human being every time he's recorded interacting with people.

His claim to fame is working on Haruhi and directing the first 4 episodes of Lucky Star before getting fired. After that he founded his own studio and directed numerous projects, most famously Fractale which he claimed would "save anime", and all of which were flops.

He's notorious as a self-important asshole who unironically thinks he is anime Jesus, regularly gets into public arguments on Twitter, frequently talks shit on his blog about how actually popular directors are talentless hacks compared to him, throws literal tantrums online when his projects fail and get panned by critics, and constantly playing the victim by making ridiculous claims over how everything and everyone is out to get him.

For a taste of the typical Yamakan experience: animenewsnetwork.com/interest/2018-06-07/yamakan-angrily-blames-otaku-china-for-new-life-anime-cancellation/.132541

Kannagi was actually good, as were the first 4 episodes of Lucky Star, and his work with Haruhi is undeniable. Yamakan really dropped off after that though. Fractal was total shit.

>doushite desuka?

No I'm not happy. He didn't save anime.

Good, this cunt should have made another season of Haruhi instead of complaining about otaku

This. Cancerous moeshit peddlers like him are the reason things are so dire now.

He could have had a comfy life directing if he wasn't a sperg.

Moe has been a thing since before the mid 2000's retard

How many fractals will it sell?

Like Miyzaki, Yamakan says this every time.
