It has its issues but also has its amazing moments, namely in season 2 and season 3 P2. The last two episodes have been great, read the manga if you are really picky just for the post-basement reveal arcs.

Episodes aren't delayed but seasons were. It's not cancelled, a different studio will just be taking over (Production IG).
