The manga itself was fucking horrible but at least you could say that the art was consistently pretty fucking good. That was extremely important because the only redeeming quality of this steaming pile was the excessive fanservice. The anime howerer fucking butchers even that. Kinda feel that its in the D.Gray-man tier. While average to above, it never rose above any of the other Shōnen at the same time and its best feature are the characters. His writing isn't the greatest, but even someone like Kubo was able to mask weak writing with above average art and characters.

I spent a whole summer watching it from beginning up to the last episode, and every arc is literally the same thing repeated over and over, FT meets bad guy, they kick his/their ass/es after getting beaten up badly, bad guy(s) join them, rinse and repeat.
