This. They seem to be a group of mercenaries more so than most studios. The Konosuba movie evidently has the same staffers as DEEN used and if that's true, JC isn't relevant as a studio in that regard (opinions on the Konosuba QUALITY are irrelevant, the point is that JC is being faithful to it). OPM is great this season desu. They can definitely deliver.

The most solid anime producer company in industry, rivaled currently only by A-1.
As one of the oldest studios, it has amazing history and proffessional experience. Every JC Staff show is at very least decent and quality entirely depends on budget given to them. They are extremely proffssional and trustworthy.
There used to be more studios like them, but with Sunrise/toei are too focused on few own projects, while TMS is not the same it once was and Pierrot/Deen were always and still are below JC Staff.
If anything, if asked in what studio comes to mind immidiatelly when spoken the work "anime" - it`d be JC Staff, that many iconic and loved works they made over the years.
