It's fitting that the moniker reveal, and the double spread, takes place with this backdrop. It's a shot that Amano's used in other chapters, a view of Saint Mark's Basin with the Santa Maria della Salute to the right. It really looks like a vast expanse of blue, stretching out towards the horizon - an effect that must be even more prominent on Aqua where Neo Venezia seems to border the open sea directly.
