It could go a couple ways. Deku's mom has the ability to pull things toward her via gravity, Deku's dad has the ability to breath fire. So the Child would likely have a mix of:
>A. Has the ability to control the gravity of objects WITHOUT the need to touch them
>B. The ability to warp and control fire
>C. The ability to cause spontaneous combustion via touch

Deku, though supposedly quirkless, probably carries the genes for his parents' quirks. So I"m guessing a child could have some combination of Uraraka's quirk and Deku's mother's quirk. Which I suppose could be interpreted to be some sort of tactile telekinesis which would allow superman like feats, though probably much weaker.
However, the kid would most likely turn out to be quirkless.
