I doubt it. Right now Twice's arms and legs are broken, he's not going to be doing much for a while unless the doc can heal him. Also, I have a feeling we're going to find out there's some sort of limiter on Twice's power beyond the 'two clones max, each more fragile than the first' simply because otherwise his power would be too great, and that he could exceed that limit this time only because of circumstances. His fire is hotter and stronger, but Dabi is a sickly twink who can't handle his own quirk. He even says he has no chance against Endeavor and only attacks him when he's already on the brink of death.

Dabi's quirk is strong, but he's a shit fighter and the fire seems to hurt himself which prevents prolonged use. He's the epitome of a glass cannon, anything that can hit him fast enough will take him out.

He's already a good match for Shouto because despite shittier durability his quirk is stronger, and Shouto's ice ain't gonna do shit against him. The focus, tone, and conditions are different from arcs featuring heroes. With heroes you know they're trying to enforce the law, keep themselves alive, and not kill people (unless they're anti-heroes), they're there to protect others (same qualifier), and usually you know their history and so their character development is a slow thing. In arcs like this, all that is reversed, and things are sped up, too, so you're moving really fast through unknown territory full of surprises and with no certainty what's going to happen. It makes for a dramatically different feel.

The worldbuilding is just so damn bad.
The lack of it works for the shorter series, but when you write a long-running manga, you HAVE to give it a good world, unless you don't want to end in a situation where you just keep making up things as you go, introducing and then removing in the same arc new concepts, characters and plots, like MHA does. The Destro one was pretty decent, I admit, but the majority of it is just so meh, like there suddenly being introduced the Yakuza just to be destroyed in the same arc. Or an entire fucking city that obeys criminal organization, but neither heroes nor we have ever heard of something like that before.

There are good reasons to suspect Dabi ISN'T Touya, at least not in his original form. Both Shoto and Endeavor have seen him, up close; and while lovers of the theory make excuses ("Endeavor's vision was blurry, so even though Dabi thrust his face ONE FOOT from Endeavor's face he couldn't recognize his own son! Shoto was trained separately from the other children, and obviously they never ate meals together, or watched TV together, or did anything together because that's not how families work!"), that's a bit hard to ignore. Also, the police have proven to be excellent investigators, and yet there's nothing to indicate they know who Dabi is, either. I suspect there's a twist coming to explain who he is and why he's so interested in the Todoroki family.

We know the effects that Heroes have on crime. We know the underbelly of the world, and how some people with certain quirks wind up there. We know they receive their resources through various brokers and channels. We know that technology stagnated as society re-adjusted itself and we know that quirks are progressively getting stronger. We even know the in-universe theories on how quirks came to be

The thing is that we know about all this stuff just barely. And things like this only get established the moment the plot demands it. We only hear about other hero schools during licence exam. We only hear about Yakuza when they come around. We only hear about the thoudands of people being an army for some cucks only when they tell us.
Again, I'm saying that I need more stuff like Gentle recalling the greatest villains and heroes or Destro's books being shown around, so that the things needed could be set up. Reading were actually waiting for some Destro stuff, that's a good worldbuilding. Other than that, sometimes the plot just makes itself in one chapter and then gets kicked into irrelevancy in one arc, like Yakuza or quirk drugs

And besides, you must remember the story is told from Deku's perspective. The reason something like the Yakuza is thrust upon us as the reader is because it was also thrust upon Deku. He was just a schoolkid who walked into an ongoing investigation, as did we.

Also, the other schools were established from chapter 1, and if you looked when the book was being mentioned you'd see that it broke 100,000 sales as reference to the soldiers

Hori understands that in order to build and expand on certain aspects of the world, you must move away from your protagonist. This is because, at the time, there was no logical way for Deku to be used as a tool to expand on the Todoroki household / Pro Heroes nor how he could currently expand on the LoV and their backgrounds.

Ehh, no. The fact that he has his dream as a start of it, sometimes comments on the background for 20 chapters while others fight and then again concludes the arc is not his perspective. But, this is not the issue.
For me a main character is someone whose willing morivation and actions actually influence the story and move the plot.
What do we have with Deku? Extra quirks problem, not his doing. Gentle fight, literally random. Even Overaul arc didn't have any ideological fight between them because Deku literally came somewhere by the end of the arc and was the only one to be able to fight.
Compare that to his previous actions, like saving Bakugou because HE decided to do to Kamino. Now the plot is moving him rather than him moving the plot, and it's been like that for 100 chapters already. He is literally Ichigo's new rival
It's about the main antagonist, of course we will have some story about him spelled out. This is a basic amout of worldbuilding that can be provided even by small series. If you actually want to write a 500+ chapters manga you certainly need more than that, as proven by multiple arcs with no previous set up

There are no Todoroki home movies or photographs of Touya, nothing Shoto could have seen of his older brother? We know Shoto has memories of him, he recalled his father dragging him away from watching the others playing with a ball to give him lessons. This needs work.

As for Endeavor, you could argue he DID recognize Dabi, but is keeping it quiet until he can figure out what to do. That would not be out of character. However, there's another factor at work here. We know from Curious' obsession with Toga that the LoV are celebrities. Probably every detail of the life of those who can be identified has been revealed by the media. And tremendous ongoing efforts to identify the rest. I doubt there are any close up photos of Dabi, but there could be long range photos - like from the copter that was reporting on Endeavor and High End's fight - and artists' drawings. If that burn pattern was familiar to ANYONE, someone might have come forward. So all we can say for sure is, we don't know who Dabi is.

I respect the complaint, and I think it's mostly that Horikoshi needed a one-two month break a year or two back. The pacing and lead-ins aren't quite what they used to be, which means that we get new info dumped on us as soon as it's relevant instead of getting bled slowly in. Info dumps make the world feel hacked together and incoherent, while a slow bleed makes it rich and full. It's exactly the difference between hearing about something in real life slowly and naturally versus having it all dumped on you in a second: a sudden dump triggers all the "I'm being lied to" senses, because if someone is trying to tell you something massive and novel, then they're almost certainly trying to slip one past you.

Horikoshi isn't totally abandoning a careful bleed-in, as he did introduce the whole Destro thing earlier, but he really screwed up the acceleration on it. We went from "here's a scary new villain" to "literal army combined with final showdown" in what, four chapters? Five? It's the yakuza arc all over again. Introducing and concluding a villain arc in a few chapters was appropriate for Gentle, because he was the smallest of small time. You can't do that for a goddamn battalion.

The pacing with the OG LoV was much better: increasing intensity over three encounters with the final one as a proper climax. With Yakuza and with this, it looks like we're only getting one encounter. Imagine if, in contrast, the Destro arc had started before the Gentle arc, had a couple of low-mid encounters interspersed with the Gentle arc and the class fight, and only now came to the climax. It'd feel a hell of a lot better, right?

It's all basically part of the same problem: pacing is rough, and Hori is missing an unpleasant amount here. Oh well; this is still a pretty sweet manga, and I'm happy to read.

And even then, if you're the type who prefers/ is looking for concentrated expo dumps of aspects of the world in one place, Vigs is always a thing. And yes >inb4, it's (like the OVA's) completely Hori approved and canon (unlike the LN's/Movie etc)

No, Vigs and OVA's are canon because Hori supervises and approves them; making changes as he sees fit. He wrote all three OVA's, and the authour of Vigs has to bring a version to Hori very week to have it checked out and sent off.
The LN's and Movie was a case of Hori approving of the concept, but after that letting them run wild on their own. Once Hori gave the go-ahead, he had no sway in their creation.
