Throughout Naruto, Sasuke committed countless terrible crimes. Sasuke is now seen as a fucking hero by the village despite all he's done. It was understandable for Naruto to forgive and forget, but not the whole village. Sasuke's actions destroyed some lives, after all, and he did try to destroy Konoha entirely (like a faggot)
Even more, though it's good Sarada doesn't have to suffer for her father's crimes, it's strange no one treats her differently for it. If everyone hated Naruto just for housing a dangerous creature, why wouldn't they treat Sasuke or Sarada poorly at times? Naruto's generation may be kinder, but those older generations are still alive and kicking. They wouldn't stay silent, damn.
And that Boruto faggot, until he becomes closer to Sarada and makes a goal of becoming her protector, more like how Sasuke is the fagboy for Naruto, Boruto has very unlikable goals. Though he's the main character, he's very belligerent and angst-ridden about life. His only goal is to become nothing like his shit father.
His support of Sarada is the first goal that achieves something greater. That goal isn't realized until nearly 40 episodes into the series, though. Until then, he's only filled with abhorrence for his father, so much so that it makes his character fairly illogically angry and flat.

The academy students now are stronger than actual Genin from Naruto's time, as they have access to fuinjutsu and engineering experience by the time they graduate. A few of the more talented students can even use mid- to high-level chakra natures, whereas only Sasuke was capable of doing so when he was a Genin (not including the Yin-Yang stuff from the Inoshikacho). Hell, Kakashi even stated that Boruto was already at Chunin level by the time he graduated, and Boruto took on Kagura, an actual Chunin and a gifted ninja.

Artificial humans haven't existed before in this world. The shinobi have no clue if this will effect his powers. In theory, Mitsuki could be even more powerful because of the precision in his genetics. He could have more potential than any other ninja has even had before. While that's insane enough, it's even wilder how no one seems as concerned or fascinated by his unknown, freaking immeasurable potential.

Mitsuki is probably a combination of various genes that Orochimaru procured, including his own. So he is not only the biological creation of a prodigy ninja, but also has some other covetous genetic traits as well, such as his Sage Transformation (likely inherited from Kabuto/Jugo or Orochimaru using their genes). He also had access to 2 chakra natures even before he joined the academy. Mitsuki was pretty much the strongest ninja in their class, even surpassing Boruto before Karma shit.
He lost to more superior ninja only because, like his "dad," his stamina is shit and he can't maintain his high power for too long. That's Mitsuki's only weakness, really.

Since always. Orochimaru always had bad stamina; he was never good at long, drawn out fights. Orochimaru has knowledge, dexterity, and creativity on his side, but if the opponent can tank his attacks his chances of winning go way down.
Also, Mitsuki quickly exhausted himself from Sage Mode when he fought Ku. Clearly he hasn't perfected it yet.

Look, Sakura is the main love interest in the series. Usually in stories male and female protagonists fall in love (R&J), ergo it should have been Naruto and Sakura. But Kishi created a character he started falling deeply in love with himself (Sasuke), as can be seen with the steady progression in Sasuke's character, and how much he's constantly "given" by the author (powers, deep back stories, tragedy, etc.) Yes, Naruto gets these too, but they seem more like a cession, or something the story demands in order for Naruto to stay the protagonist. There's no real "passion" behind what Naruto's given.
This point is further proven by the two new protagonists, Brat and Salad. That's what the story actually evolved into in Kishi's head. He felt that Sasuke should have been the love interest, but because taboos and homosexuality, he had to find a "PG" way to express that love.
Now main protagonists are usually self inserts. Whereas rivals are usually displayed as the "ideal image" of the type of person the protagonist is trying to become or win. So naturally there's a lot of feeling involved. Somewhere along the line Kishi just fell madly in love with his ideal person, Saucegay.
Now this is where we come full circle:
Naruto -> self insert: Cannot show affection towards rival because of cultural norms.
Sasule -> rival: The ideal that the author unintentionally fell in love with.
Sakura -> main love interest: Used to boost the status of rival; gives good reason for the next bit...
Boruto -> self insert, attempt #2: Clean slate, try again with the story he actually wants to tell.
Sarada -> main love interest combined with rival: Culturally acceptable way to express actual feelings towards the original rival as self insert's love interest, future partner.

like the whole point in all these kinds of narratives is that any kind of 'fix everything at once' plans are doomed to fail and to make lasting change that can't be instantly undone is to set aside your personal need for closure and tackle the root of each societal issue one at a time, no matter how much it costs you.
Pretty sure Sasukes plan would've make him virtually immortal and only Naruto realistically could fight him and win...so with Naruto dead nothing could stand in his way. Either way, everyone else actually had a plan to solve things, Naruto just peddled the same shit for years and then won the argument because the plot demanded it.
For all its failings, Hashirama's solution has still been the best so far. The shinobi village system is shit, but it's at least better than the warring clans system, and it wasn't a one-time fix, the better system continues to be in place long after he's dead.

That's the issue. The 'bad guys' all very clearly point out how everything is fucked and they're offering radical solutions to extreme problems. The 'good guys' just offer identical platitudes to everyone that came before them and offer no real argument to how what the bad guys are proposing is wrong. I mean obviously the shows premise would collapse if Naruto actually had an argument with someone that didn't immediately change their entire worldview when they spoke to him.
The show then relegates everything that Naruto disagrees with into the circle of hate which essentially in the in-universe explanation why Sasuke, Madara etc are wrong...literally just "They are wrong because they are wrong and Naruto is right because he is the protagonist".

If you don't realize, Kishi went off the deep end with Naruto's ability to forgive. By all Orochimaru should probably be dead, but even if they killed him he'd probably find some way to come back eventually. At least now they have him sort of 'working' for them. And a copying ability isn't the only thing they can get. If they run tests with it, eventually the people they use for the tests will get the MS. We also know that Yagura, 4th Mizukage that used to be somehow under Obito's control (one of the mysteries of the series that are unfortunately unexplained) has died/been killed and was considered Perfect Jinchuuriki (possibly due to Obito's control).
Conclusion: around end of Part 1, the coup succeeded and Yagura died. Sanbi respawned 3 years later.

The thing is that Madara aside, the village system didn't really change anything except give clans the ability to just form more organised armies that would end up just warring with each other without outside interference. That was the problem that Madara pointed out, the Ninja system is inherently one of continuous war with peace mixed in occasionally.
Once Sasuke and Naruto die, who are the only two people strong enough to prevent wars then a giant power vacuum emerges. It's even pointed out that the other villages / clans / world powers probably want Sasuke dead or at least under their control because he has literal world ending powers. Naruto rules through fear just like any other bad guy...his version is just more friendly. Face it, no village is going to war with a village that has two guys in it that could destroy the world.
